Al was very helpful with our decision to buy a vehicle. I asked Al to look at new and used vehicles. We decided to buy new. Thank You! Al showed my wife and I some used vehicles and new ones. The first time we came in was not sure what vehicle we were going to buy, and Al helped us with that decision, by allowing us to test drive different vehicles. Thank You again.

Al worked around my schedule and even handled parts of it via phone. It was an unusual type of deal with a lease buyout and the trading in of a second vehicle on a new vehicle. He was able to get me 2 test drives immediately and have my exact desired vehicle in stock. He thoroughly explained the features of my vehicle and emphasized the great service I can get at McDonald's to maximize the performance and reliability of my new vehicle. Al even rode out to my home to drive my leased vehicle back in to the dealership, and gave me tips on dealing with the OnStar registration for the first time. I feel confident that I can call on Al anytime in the future if I encounter any questions or difficulties with my new vehicle.

I worked with Al Wilke and Kevin McCarthy on the purchase of a new Cadillac. They were great and we reached a good deal for both me and the dealership. Al took the time to introduce me to the service people as well and the dealership promptly handled the deal so that I could leave with the new car. I learned about the car I was interested in from the McDonald web site. I would highly recommend McDonald Cadillac for a positive experience.

McDonald's is great. Al is a very considerate, helpful salesperson. We have been buying our vehicles from him for the past 20 years. We are very satisfied with the help he has given us and with the service department which is excellent. Allan Wilke was very professional, courteous, and helpfull. He answered every question we had and got us the best lease deal available at the time. He gave us a demonstration ride and thoroughly explained everything about the vehicle. He asked what we were looking for and showed us the vehicles available on the lot. The vehicles on the lot had either too many options or too few options. So, Al found a vehicle that had exactly what we were looking for and that it would be delivered from the factory to the dealership within a week. The vehicle came in as promised and we took possession within the week. We could not have had a better sales associate. Al worked hard for us and far exceeded our expectations. The vehicle is great and we are very pleased. Thank you Al and McDonald GMC Cadillac.

The sales representative was very helpful and knew all of his products benefits. He handled the sale and all the closing with skill and effeciency. The dealership have a large stock of GMC Acadia's, but the sales person was able to find just the right one for me at another dealership.
