My Review of Ken Garff Ford:
I gave top ratings because the sales man whent above and beyond in making sure that I was taken care of. He helped with the financing and made sure that every question that I had was answered. He even had our car double checked to make sure that everything was ok. Turns out that the belts were a little lose so they had them replaced and tightend. Over all for a used vehical that kind of thing is to be expected. They then finished reviewing the car and inspecting it and sent us on our way. For my first time buying a car I can honastly say that I don't know what people are talking about when they say buying a new car is "such a hastle".

We have been trading with Ken Garff for several years now and are very satisfied with them. We shopped around and found most other dealers "high pressure" dealers. We immediately leave. We appreciate being able to look around the lot without feeling like we are being followed by a "buzz saw" trying to sell us something just to make a sale. We have never felt pressure from Ken Garff Ford dealership and they have been fair with us i helping meet our needs. I recommend them to everyone that is looking for a vehicle.

They were literally one stop shopping. We had put a lot of thought into getting a new truck a d stopped by and three hours later we drove away with a new fantastic truck. This was the second vehicle we purchased from them and it is likely when we need a car in the future we will return.

Very helpful, I went in and Alan bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Very friendly and made sure I left happy. I came in from out of town and even though it was late he still made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. He crunched numbers and did everything for me.

Allen was a wonderful and helpful associate and I would recommend him to my friends and family. He was very knowledgeable and he helped my husband and I buy a car after our bankruptcy when no one else would help us. The price of the car was right in our price range and was what we cold afford.

Allen was great to work with. He got me in the truck I wanted at a great price. I liked my experience at the dealership. I felt like everyone was straight forward. Mark in finance was patient and got me what I wanted. Jim was helpful and professional. I will buy another truck at the dealership from Allen Empey.

My Review of Ken Garff Ford:
I had been planning for some time to buy my son a new truck. After seeing the Ken Garff add, (their prices looked very competitive) I went to the dealership. Allen Empey was quickly there to help me and even went to the trouble, when I couldn't find what I wanted on their lot, to drive to another dealership to get the truck I wanted for my son. The price was right, and I was so impressed with the service that I ended up buying a new truck for myself also. I would certainly recommend Allen and Ken Garff Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I will be going back there when I'm ready for my next truck!
