Alan Fox at Stokes Brown Toyota Beaufort

I wish to give Stokes Brown Toyota a rating because my husband and I have purchased at least 6 cars (some new, some used) from this dealership and have our cars serviced periodically there as well. We find the entire staff to be friendly, helpful, patient, and fair. They take the time to listen to our needs and make a big effort to accomodate us in every way. The facility is clean and inviting. Mr. Archie Brown, the General Manager, is outgoing and approachable and interacts with Stokes Brown Toyota customers. Mr. Alan Fox and Mr. Matt Whitmore, Product Specialists, are thorough, attend to customers' requests, and follow through after our visits to the showroom and/or after completing a sale. Mr. J. R. Riley, sales staff, presents ideas and options and aims to please. We always feel we are treated professionally and in a couteous manner. Purchased a 2011 Tundra. I was in the market for a full size truck and Alan Fox is the "truck expert". I found him very knowledgeable and he provides a through walk around the vehicle discussing every aspect of the features. He can answer your questions comparing the Tundra to other trucks. I was undecided between the Tundra and another make and it was his taking the time to allow me to drive, ask questions and throughly go over the features of the Tundra that sold me on purchasing it. I have purchased several Toyota's from this dealership and have no regrets. One of the owners (Mr. Brown)is always available at the dealership and is very customer service oriented.
