My husband brought the car in and I called to pay for the oil change. He could not find my car. Then proceeded to tell me the car would be about 30 to 60 minutes longer. We got the info to pay with points from my GM credit card to only find out my husband had paid for the car and left 15 minutes before. Very unprofessional. If it weren’t for my warranty being through Spitzer I would never go back.
