Alejandro Estremera at Garden State Honda

Even though it took longer than I had originally envisioned (arrived at 10:00, finished at 4:30), I got the price I had asked, no money down, trade-in for a leased vehicle. Sterling had me test drive a Fit and Civic. I preferred the Fit, but as Alejandro explained, the Civic was tied with incentives and promotions that would meet my price per month.
Once I choose the Civic in the color I preferred, the car was delivered from the Secaucus location, washed and ready to be driven off.
This dealership really worked with me, no pressure sales pitch, unlike my experience at Fette Ford, where I purchase my Escape a few years back.
I recommend Honda Garden State to anyone who is serious in purchasing a vehicle

We had a a great experience at Garden State Honda. Alejandro Estremera helped us trade our Pilot for a new Odyssey. He was efficient, knowledgeable and made our experience there a pleasure. Not only did Alejandro go above and beyond to get us into the car we wanted, he made every effort to make the transition as smooth and as easy as possible. Alejandro had us in and out of the dealership quicker than any other car we have bought. It was so nice to work with someone who not only knew what we needed but was able to accommodate us in such a quick and efficient way. We are so happy with our new vehicle and we will gladly return to Garden State Honda to work with Alejandro again, as well as recommend our friends and family to him.
And Tab did an okay job as well.

My experience at Garden State Honda was by far the best I have had so far. I'm on my third Honda, and the service I received from Alejandro and Johnny was absolutely the best that I have had. Alejandro and Johnny were extremely friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home right away. They were both very knowledgeable with regard to the cars, features, and services offered and were able to answer all of my questions in detail. They both had a way of making me feel taken care of, and honestly, this was the least stressful and the most fun of all my car buying experiences because of these two guys. They are not only great guys, but are extremely professional and very efficient- they got right down to business and wasted none of my time. They are two of the few salesmen who know how to listen and understand what a customer wants as opposed to pushing a sale on them. Alejandro also worked very hard to obtain a price that worked for me and my budget, as a first time lease. I would 100% reccommend this dealership as well as Alejandro and Johnny to anyone looking to buy/lease- these guys are the real deal and take great care of their customers. I couldn't be happier with my new car and I'm looking forward to working with Garden State Honda again in the future!

Garden State Honda and especially our salesman, John Mitchell, treated us as valued customers, responded accurately to our questions and demonstrated the outstanding features of the Honda CR-V which made it an easy decision to purchase the car within an hour !! I have a great experience with this dealership. Everyone was professional and willing to help. My sales person, Alejandro, was knowledgable, courteous, and very helpful. He got me into exactly what I had wanted to get. The process was done in a timely fashion, and by the end of it, I was driving home a brand new accord. I will recommend this dealership and Alejandro to all my friends and family.

My husband and I had a grreat experience with Alenjandro who assisted us with trading in our car for a newer lease. He was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We asked him many questions and he was able to effieciently answer them with confidence. He certainly knows his facts and has won 3 awards for Customer Sales!
