Alex Chung at DCH Tustin Acura

I was directed to DCH Tustin Acura through the AAA site. I had prepared extensively before going into the dealership. Once we stepped into DCH Tustin Acura, all employees were extremely courteous and helpful. Kenny, our sales person, was informative and answered any and all questions with patience! We purchased a CPO 2008 Acura MDX. Kenny, again, was patient helping set up our personal preferences and blue tooth connections! This was a wonderful dealership. We highly recommend DCH Tustin Acura for those who "HATE" to go car shopping! P.S... And, their financing was better than our credit union's!

We decided to buy from Tustin because they had the best price, worked well with us and had customer satisfaction as their #1 priority. We felt we were truly treated very well by the dealership and have nothing but compliments for all of the various people we encountered there. First, there was Miguel who gave us a price quote and was very upfront with the AAA prices, next, there was Jeff, our initial AAA contact who helped us out, then Alex, who met with us on Easter Sunday and went over all the paperwork with us, Tom showed us the car again, then there was Kalolo who actually sold us the car, and Kathi-Lee the finance person who completed the paperwork with us.

The whole team at Tustin was incredible. They were attentive to detail, they did not rush the process (we were there almost 4 hours), they were kind and friendly, and we truly enjoyed our car buying experience with them. I commend you for the team of Acura dealers you have selling your cars. Although the cars sell themselves, an AWESOME buying experience makes it all the more sweeter. I am very pleased with my new car and want to extend a heartfelt thanks to you and your team.

This is my second car purchased from Alex Chung. He is the reason why I bought both of my TL's there. I am loving my 2009 TL.

I honestly had to search around just to keep the dealerships honest. Of course I ended up buying from Tustin Acura. The people there are great to work with. Thanks Tustin Acura Family and especially thanks to Alex Chung!
