We recently visited Heritage Toyota, as it was one option we were looking at for purchasing a new vehicle. Although we decided that Toyota didn't necessarily suit what we were looking for at this point; our experience there was excellent. We worked with Alex Layn; he was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Though we chose a different brand of vehicle in the end, it was not for the lack of excellent service. We highly recommend Alex to anyone looking to buy or lease a new or used car from Heritage! Thanks!

This is the second Toyota Tacoma we have purchased from this dealer. Have had a positive sales experience both times. Did not feel pressured to "upgrade" and was given all the options up front. Service team did a good job getting me a resonable rate on the loan.

My Review of Heritage Toyota Scion:
Overall a very good buying experience. My 4 ratings (good) above are more like 4.5. I really liked the sales person (Alex). He had a great personality and a pleasure to work with (haven't said that before). He had only been working for two weeks and didn't know all there was to know about the product. Very understandable. It was refreshing that he readly admitted when he wasn't sure how to answer. So many try to BS an answer. The financing part was a bit time consuming with a great deal of time spent on trying to sell extended warranties, life insurance, disabilty insurance and weather proofing. The finance person (Tim) was professional and friendly, but I just wanted to drive my new truck. This is my second positive purchasing experience with Heritage (new Rav4 in April '10).
