My Review of Saccucci Honda:
My experience with the guys at Saccucci was outstanding. They were friendly, polite, willing to answer any question, and very helpful, but without applying a hard sell. I got a great deal on a great car, and the value of my trade-in was definitely fair. I particularly liked the no-haggle pricing. It made buying a car a brisk, enjoyable and business-like afternoon, instead of a day of headaches. This is my third car (two new, one used) from this dealership and I would recommend them to anyone for their friendliness and professionalism.

Outstanding service from start to finish. This dealership is family owned and operated, and it shows! Alex, the internet sales manager was extremly helpful in getting me the price I wanted and John, the salesman was great. He took us for a test drive in the Honda Fit and answered all our questions and was very polite. Kellyann completed the experience with excellent financing support. Recommend this dealership over any in RI. I went to 4 other dealerships in the local area, Kia, Subaru and another Honda, and they were the best.

painless experience. did my research, consumer reports, edmunds and kelly blue book. price was decent with the low mileage, great tires, and friendly staff. everything my spouse wanted. bought it and drove it home the same day. would not hesitate going back for service or another vehicle. dick williams

My Review of Saccucci Honda:
Saccucci Honda was great to deal with. They provided a quote on a new Odyssey via e-mail as well as a trade-in appraisal. The quote was quite a bit less than another local dealer that I wasted a lot of time at. The trade-in value was also quite a bit more than this other dealer. The pricing and trade value actually caught me off guard. I was very apprehensive about doing all this work over the computer and phone and then going to the dealer and finding out that the deal had changed. I was very pleased that everything was exactly as quoted. It was actually very odd to not have the constant haggling to get what I wanted. The deal went very smooth and we were driving our new Odyssey two days later (we were unable to make it in the next day).

Alex was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey and was able to show us the incredible safety and technology features the Touring Elite possesses. Alex provided the information online and was able to put the deal together efficiently and had us on our way.

I highly recommend the folks at Saccucci Honda and I will direct my family and friends to at least give them a shot.

Very attentive service. Alex was great to work with. Managers were attentive to their parts of the deal and everything went very smoothly. My wife and I have been customers there for many years, and they keep getting better. I highly recommend them.
