Because so many of my friends recommended Athen's Mercedes Benz dealership for outstanding service, I decided to take a look at their new cars. My salesperson, Alex Pournelle was so friendly, courteous, knowledge and patient with me. Being a widow, this was my first time to buy a car by myself and Alex put me at ease immediately. He answered all my questions and explained everything to my understanding. It was an excellent experience and I will be a repeat customer. More

The absolute most professional and efficient dealership, starting with professional and courteous management to the sales associates. He took the time to ensure the vehicles we desired, exterior and interior colors and options were there, locating vehicles throughout other Mercedes Benz dealers to satisfy our requirements - no pushing whatsoever. Fantastic all away around I've bought many vehicles in my life and I must tell you the way I was treated at Mercedes-Benz of Athens was the best by far! Alex my sales rep was I've bought many vehicles in my life and I must tell you the way I was treated at Mercedes-Benz of Athens was the best by far! Alex my sales rep was extremely knowledge and helpful (even after the sale). James the used car sales manager worked the deal and got me where I needed to be without any back and forth. Finally, David, finance manager, was professional, knowledge and even funny at times. Just a great buying experience "all away around” I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends or family to this dealership. Can't wait to see their new facility. Great job! More

Great Service Jose was very patient with us. I was not sure I which car I wanted so, we took several weeks and several test drives to chose. Both Jose and Alex Jose was very patient with us.
