Alex Rabie at RBM of Atlanta

In the past 40 years of buying cars, this has by far been the best experience I ever had. Charlie Vaccaro was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. At no point did he ever "pressure" me to make a decision. Rather, he provided me with extensive info about the vehicle and took his time demonstrating all the features the vehicle offered. And, after the sale was finalized he didn't forget about me. I picked up the vehicle on a Friday afternoon (and he greeted me outside when I arrived and escorted me to my car which had a beautiful, huge bow on the hood - which I thought was reserved for new car purchases) and Saturday morning he called me to inquire how things were going with the car. He followed up with an email to me on Monday, as well as a personalized letter thanking me for my business. Charlie couldn't have done more to make me feel important and special. Everyone at the dealership that Charlie introduced me to was professional and genuine. I am a customer for LIFE! I will only purchase my future cars from this dealership, though it may be some time before I'm ready for a new car. The price I paid for this car was less than I expected to pay. The extended warranty and additional tire/wheel protection I purchased was also less than I expected to pay. My only regret is that I didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealership sooner. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and value I received. Thank you Charlie for everything. RBM of Atlanta is second to none in my opinion.

Wonderful sales and service. Fill out credit information online. This really saves you a lot of time. Collin emailed me when I was approved and I came by RBM a couple days later. Left with my car within the hour.

just bought my 2nd E-350 from Gerry Modzelewski at RBM Atlanta. Process ewas smooth and painless. Great selection,knowledgeable staff, comfortable setting. Really impressed by the way all of staff from receptionist, service techs, sales, and finance seemed to be such a well tuned team.Price was right too!

This is the second Mercedes-Benz I have purchased, but the first from RBM of Atlanta. What a great experience it was! Simon Vasquez worked with me to find the right car with all the features and options I wanted. His vast product knowledge and passion for MB made the entire process smooth and a pleasure. He spent plenty of time going over every feature of my SLK in detail and introduced me to the world class service department. The professional, courteous and helpful nature of Simon, Alex and the RBM staff puts this dealership in a league of its own.

I absolutely recommend RBM and Simon to anyone in the market for an excellent car with top notch service to match.

I was extremely leery of purchasing a "used" vehicle,especially from a highly polished Mercedes dealer! I expected a smarmy salesman in a lizard-skin suit, looking to shame me into buying a new SLS. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I met Colin Harrison,the Internet Sales Manager. He was: relaxed, "knew" the vehicle,sensed my needs/wants and more importantly...enthusiastically believed in the integrity of this dealership! He took the time to listen to my wants and expectations and, that of my VERY DETAIL ORIENTED husband! RBM of Atlanta has a fine group of professionals, impeccably "groomed" for the task!! All businesses should have such a wonderful group of staff members who, not only believe in the product they sell, but in the worthiness of the business they work for! Everyone we came in contact with was absolutely fantastic. Alex Rabie took the time to work with my husband and I even after the sale was complete! He explained everything, and all questions were answered in a timely, competent manner! I cannot say enough about this stellar dealership, and their truly awesome "team members"! All businesses should be managed with this high degree of professionalism and integrity! The only thing that I would suggest is, construct a mini test track behind the dealership so that the "product" could be tested adequately! AMG sales would rise exponentially if the cars and their perspective owners could truly "feel" what the car was capable of...and, not being "neutered" in stop & go traffic!!! One hundred "stars" should be awarded to Colin for his mastery of his chosen trade! He is the embodiment of what the "buying experience" is all about! Thank you!!!

My Sales Consultant is Charlie Vaccaro and he was a pleasure to work with.
Charlie spent a lot of quality time with my son and I; and I left RBM with the car of my dreams!
I also worked with Alex Rabie on the financing, and he was also very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I went in to RBM in Mid March to purchase my first new car, i worked with Charlie Vaccaro and was very pleased with his honesty and professionalism (which is not always easy to find at other dealerships) Throught the whole transaction Charlie was always willing to go out of his way to ensure I not only understood all terms of the sale but was working to my tight schedule as well.
