Alex Szasz at Faulkner-Ciocca Volkswagen

Alex is the man. I'm pretty sure he was leaving for lunch as I came in around 12:30 and I probably didn't leave until 5. So, even malnourished, Alex was kind and helpful. He explained a lot of the workings and features of the car, took me on a lovely test drive. We had a good laugh over my hair getting stuck in the sunroof. And we came back to put together a fair deal. He followed up with a phone call exactly when he said he would and set me up with my complimentary service appt. I had an overall enjoyable purchase at Faulkner and I hope that their service proves to be as accommodating and fair as their sales staff.

Having shopped at Young Volkeswagon and being extremely insulted by predatory sales tactics, it was refreshing to be treated so wonderful by a class act dealership such as Faulker Cacca. The experience started with Tina, then to salesman Alex. The general manager took the time to say hi and was attentive to how well the sale and delivery process was going. My hats off to one of the best car buying experiences ever experienced. Price was excellent, trade in valuation was spot on and finishing the buying process was performed with first class treatment. I was shopping for a 2013 jetta and made no progress through other dealers after one call to Faulkners I bought my first new car from Alex a 2013 Jetta TDI and what a great experience it was. I had a million questions and Alex answered them all. Also when I came to pick up the car Alex even came in (on his day off) to show me all the details and go over the car features with me. I will never buy another car anywhere but Faulkner through Alex. I am 110% satasfied. Thanks again Jarrett

It is such a pleasure to purchase a car from a dealership that doesn't try to sell you something you don't want or need. Everyone at Faulkner Ciocca is so helpful in seeing that you get what you really want and working with you to make it happen. I just leased my third Volkswagen from them and wouldn't even think of going somewhere else. Alex is great to work with and is so knowledgable about VWs. This week I purchased my third VW from Faulkner Ciocca. The final sale price of the cars has usually been lower than that offered by other area dealers. Alex and the other salesmen are all knowledgeable and friendly. When the model I wanted was not in stock, the staff found one in West Virginia and managed to have it delivered in two days. Jeff found a very low interest rate of the car loan. In short, the experience was very pleasant, and my wife is very happy with her new Golf Turbo-Diesel.

Alex was a fantastic salesperson. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and was not over-bearing. He explained the purchase procedures in language that I understood and he answered all my questions. He was extremely fair in negotiating the price of the vehicle and my trade in.
