My initial meeting was with Alfonso on a Saturday. Very friendly, knowledgable a detailed. I returned Monday and Alphonso was not available he made sure by phone to get all details and paperwork to Dave Roques. Great work from Alfonso! Dave Roques handled all of the paperwork. Great knowledge, very fast and careful work. Both of these guys are superb sales people. Ken Bell handled the finance work. Very sharp, friendly and fast working man. I could not recommend a better team for buying a car from. Thanks guys!

I purchased a new Passat TDI SEL. There was a three month wait. Mr Monteverde kept me up to date throughout that time. He was a gentleman from start to finish. Customer service can be a matter of practiced protocol. For Mr Monteverde, it is second nature. He projects an obvious professionalism but he also treated us like you assume he would want to be treated. I've never made the effort to fill out an online rating before but I really felt like Mr. Monteverde deserves it. They say you are especially pleased as a customer when service exceeds your expectations. We were delighted. This guy is good.

My fiance and I went in with the expectation that we had to negotiate and began preparing ourselves for how we were going to haggle with the salesperson. From the first moment we met Alfonso, he was fantastic. He let us take the car out for a test drive and was very easy going, straight forward, and trustworthy. He went above and behind and even called his wife to make sure that we were getting a good deal on our car insurance. I am elated with my new car and with my experience at Lindsay as well. Ken, our fiance specialist waited for a half an hour while my fiance was on the phone with our new insurance company and Ken was patient, friendly and helpful the entire time. They have a great team and I highly recommend Alfonso and the Lindsay team.

I was not an easy customer, but they treated me like their only customer. I showed up after closing on my first trip, but they stayed late to let me look at cars. I took a very long time to make a decision, but they were patient. I showed up late and unannounced when I finally made up my mind, but they made it worked and stayed late again so I could drive home that night.

At each step of the way, folks there went above and beyond.

My Review of Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles:
Starting from internet-based research, I made several inquiries about the car I was interested (4-dr Golf TDI Manual) in to local dealerships. Of the handful that responded, one sales representative was consistently timely, helpful and excellent. Two other local VW dealers were helpful about helping me find my car, but Mr. Monteverde at Lindsay was consistently first and the most informative. I did not have to consider other inventory options with Lindsay, as Mr Monteverde took the initiative to find all available alternative models he thought I would pick. When two available models in inventory at Lindsay were quoted to me and I then had second thoughts about the color, Mr. Monteverde had the immediate status of where the other color models were and how soon we could get them. No waiting. That is awesome and I cannot express how helpful it was knowing we could get truthful answers from a true professional. When I questioned MSRP and option pricing, Mr. Monteverde provided quotes matching my research from Edmunds.com, gave accurate out-the-door pricing, and made no-pressure options suggestions that prepped us for the final options negotiations. Overall the financials went well, due in part to end of the month timing on our part and the professionalism of Mr. Larry Schiro. Do your homework, know what you want, deal with Mr. Monteverde and I believe you too will be treated fairly and honestly. At the end of the month the extended warranty and other options offered are negotiable so make a counter offer before you sign!

Excellent customer service. Everyone at this dealership was extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them again in the future. Our sales consultant "Alfonso Monteverde" was extremely professional and because of him I purchased from Lindsay VW. I visited four other local VW dealerships and your service and staff were the absolute best! Our salesman was extremely patient with me while I did all of our test driving. When I picked up the VW GTI on the day of delivery, it just sparkled and looked great. Many thanks to Alfonso for being an awesome person and I will always recommend him to our friends and family! Thank you for being the best VW dealer in town!!!!
