My Review Of Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles:

My Fiancée and I were in the market for a replacement vehicle. Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles was the third Dealership we had visited on our search and right away, we noticed that atmosphere was more welcoming then the priors. Our Sales Specialist, Marc Weinstein, was very receptive to our needs and patient when it came to our decision making process as we discussed the details of buying a VW GTI. We would recommend Marc and the Lindsay VW Dulles Staff to anybody in the market for a car.

Well we just bought our third VW (a Passat this time) at Lindsay and I have to say these guys made this our best car buying experience ever! I can tell you for sure that Alfonso and Larry are truly stars in their chosen career. A few more like them and all potential new VW customers will never again feel anxious about the whole process as some do now. They are the best!

Mr. Monteverde and the finance team were thorough in his explenations of all my car and finacncial options. Stress free and friendly. I would highly recommend this team. The selection of cars met my needs and I was in and out of the dealership in a reasonable amount of time (less than I thought) even on a weekend.

My Review Of Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles:

We purchased a new JSW TDI from Alfonso in Lindsay VW. Actually, this was our second new VW from him, as we bought a Tiguan last summer. The previous good experience with him made this new purchase extremely hassle free. We talked about the price through Friday, and the car was driven off the lot on Sat. night. Alfonso was very upfront and easy going, and willing to address your every concern. The overall service exceeded my expectations. Bottom line: do you homework, know what you want and what you can afford, talk nicely with Alfonso, and I believe you are good to go. Also, thank the lady working at finance department, since we were running very late on Sat. night.

Alfonso (And Larry in Finance) were absolutely great to work with. They gave me a great price, met all my special requests, and did it all quickly and efficiently. Straight to the point and no run-around. Alfonso was more of a buyer's advocate than a car salesman. He ensured my objectives were met and his word was good, as everything was in black and white when the deal was closed. Great experience working with him.

My initial meeting was with Alfonso on a Saturday. Very friendly, knowledgable a detailed. I returned Monday and Alphonso was not available he made sure by phone to get all details and paperwork to Dave Roques. Great work from Alfonso! Dave Roques handled all of the paperwork. Great knowledge, very fast and careful work. Both of these guys are superb sales people. Ken Bell handled the finance work. Very sharp, friendly and fast working man. I could not recommend a better team for buying a car from. Thanks guys!

My Review Of Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles:

I purchased a new Passat TDI SEL. There was a three month wait. Mr Monteverde kept me up to date throughout that time. He was a gentleman from start to finish. Customer service can be a matter of practiced protocol. For Mr Monteverde, it is second nature. He projects an obvious professionalism but he also treated us like you assume he would want to be treated. I've never made the effort to fill out an online rating before but I really felt like Mr. Monteverde deserves it. They say you are especially pleased as a customer when service exceeds your expectations. We were delighted. This guy is good.
