My Review of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:
We are repeat customers and have always been satisfied with Chrysler/Dodge products and service provided by the dealership. The salespeople, dealer management and the service group have always been responsive and accomodating. When an issue has arisen, the dealership has worked to correct it quickly and to our satisfaction. I am happy to recommend Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group.

My Review of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:
I received excellent help from both of these gentlemen. My husband and myself came to the dealership to purchase I new vechile. The trade in we used was in my name only, and because of some credit issue on my behalf; no bank was willing to put the new loan in my name. It was to go only in my husbands name, but I said no. Algreen worked with me and explain to me why this would benefit both my husband and myself. Algreen was very knowledgable and informative about the credit industry and the financial part of banking. I still would not budge but understood everything he explained, so Algreen took it one step further, he told the people in the finance department I would not budge so they came back with a bank that would put me on the loan at a much higher rate which Algreen also explained throughly. Because of my stubborness we was there for several hours and by the time all was done it was pass closing time and Algreen did not treat us any different then when we first walked in. So I would like to thank Algreen for all his kindness and time.
Tony Gable came into play the next day because it was after closing time when everything was done I had to bring the car back the next day. Tony was extra nice and did not treat me badly because I did not do the whole sale with him. Algreen was off this day. Tony went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed that I did not receive the night before. He had the car detailed while I waited. I was so excited about the new car that when I turned in the key to my old car I gave Tony my house key and not the car key, but Tony didn't say anything, he just asked me are you sure this is the right key? Too my surprise when I got home I couldn't get in because I didn't have my door key. I called Tony back and told him what happen and all he said was I know come back and get your house key.
Again thanks to both of these gentlemen for their service it was GREAT!!!

Had a great experience with our purchase of a 2011 Jeep Compass. Our salesman, Al Green, did a great job explaining all the features of our vehicle and was pleasant to deal with. Haggling the price of the car was minimal and we feel we got the best possible deal for our budget.

This is our second vehicle bought from the Dealership and Al Green Bakasa. Our first experience in 2008 was great so when we decided to upgrade our current family car we went back to Al Green! We were undecided about what we wanted - SUV vs. minivan and he was so helpful, pointing us in the right direction without being pushy. Al Green is very knowledgable about all the vehicles we looked at, was able to answer all of our questions and put together a great package so that we could drive away in our awesome new Town & Country that weekend! All of the staff was great - from detailing to credit to sales & management. We will definitely use Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group for service and sales in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

I went to this place to look at Jeeps and I met Al Green, He was the sales man and he was outstanding, He knew eveything there was to know about my car but never tried to push anything on me which is the way I like to do things. He answered all my questions honestly and effectively and I truly have to say that I would have bought the hONDA OVER THE Jeep if it were not for algreen

I had a great buying experience with this dealership. Excellent customer service & I feel very confident to refering my friends & family to them. I wish all car buing experiences were like this. Five stars. My salesman was very proffesional & pleasant, I felt he gave me a great deal & there wasn't too mch haggling. He gave me a tour of the facility & already connected me with my service rep for when I bring my new jeep.
