Overall sales, delivery, and first service experience has all been very positive.
In particular, Shane Thacker was friendly, pleasant to work with, and professional. He spent quite a bit of time working with us to find the right car and the right price for us. I am a happy, satisfied customer!

My Review Of Bill Estes Ford:

I went to Bill Estes Ford mainly because a former colleague is now employed there as a salesman. Owen Waxman has adapted well to his new position at Bill Estes. He has all the right qualities it takes to make a successful salesman: he is affable, knowledgeable, thoughtful, enthusiastic, determined, detail-oriented and flexible. Our experience in making our recent Ford Escape purchase was a pleasant change from the usual high pressure tactics utilized by most big dealers. Owen was patient and genuinely listened to us describe what we were hoping to purchase. He worked with us until we were able to come to an agreement. Then we signed the purchase agreement with Greg. He took the time to explain everything to us in easily understood terms. Everything went very smoothly. Our follow up appointment to have a remote starter put on the vehicle was made in a timely manner. Great job Bill Estes Ford, Service Dept. Greg Floyd and Owen Waxman!!

My Review Of Bill Estes Ford:

Had some hard shifting and smell from a/c . A moldy smell . Ali had a tech reprogram transmission and a/c system deodorized in a short period of time and had me picked up at home . F150 is shifting and smelling great. Also thanks to Luke Johnson for doing a great job .

My Review Of Bill Estes Ford:

key fob was not working after changing the battery, made appointment on line, drove in to check in bay, Ali greated me and I told him what was going on, he directed me to where the restroom/waiting area was, by the time I got done using the restroom and started thumbing thru the accessory catalog, he came in and told me it was repaired. Great Job Ali
