Hello everyone, my name is Allen Austin and I'm one of the two new sales consultants at Handy Chevrolet. For years I worked in construction and carpentry, but at my last birthday I decided it was time for a new challenge: I love cars, I love people, and Handy Chevrolet had an opening to make the two joys meet! I am currently married to the love of my life for many years, and we have a blissfully happy marriage that can only be called "storybook romance." I look forward to meeting many of you over the coming years, and I can't wait to have a strong relationship with the Chevy enthusiasts and used car buyers of Franklin County, Essex, Burlington, Plattsburgh, and beyond!

We were very pleased with our salesman, Allen Austin, and with the way he presented himself. He was knowledgable, friendly, courteous, and helpful in our decision to purchase a new vehicle. Hope we find the maintenance department just as friendly and helpful when the time comes to have the vehicle serviced. I would gladly recommend this dealership and salesman to a friend. My Review of Handy Chevrolet:
My husband and I were very happy with the customer service given us by Allen. He was very friendly and courteous. We were rather disappointed in how we were treated by Reg Howard when we went over our financing. We felt as though we were bullied into the extended warranty. That aside we would recommend Handys and Allen's services to anyone we know how is looking for a car. We are very happy with our purchase, just felt a little harassed about the warranty.

We are quite satisfied with this dealership & with Allen Austin who assisted us in getting our new vehicle.He knew what we we were looking for & was a great help in gettin us one that we're happy with.
