My Review of Lugoff Toyota:
Initially, we arrived at the dealer to look at cars and comparison shop. We were greeted by Cody Debruhl, who walked through the lot with us and showed numerous of vehicles. Cody was pleasant and very professional and ensured that the experience that we had was excellent. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Cody and Allen on the purchase of this vehicle.

My Review of Lugoff Toyota:
We drove a 1995 mercury which we bought in 1997, so it was time for a newer model. Over the last ten years we have gone on six mission trips to the Philippines. We try to be good stewards of GOD's money. Our granddaughter has an older toyota and has been very satisfied. For months we had looked at various toyotas on line. We had planned to purchase a 2011 toyoto Camry. After much prayer My wife found the color and a price with which we felt comfortable. We were on our way to Columbia to shop around and see if we could find just the right car for us. We wanted to buy local if possible. So we stopped buy the Lugoff Toyoto Dealership in Lugoff. We had prayed and ask GOD to lead us to the best car for the best price! When you ask GOD HE will give you exceeding, abundantly above all that you ask or think. We told Ken Mixon what we were looking for and they had a 2012, exact color, on the lot. Ken took us for a test drive. The car handled great! The price was a bit more than We felt GOD would have us spend. Inside the manager Allen Hagan greeted us and was so helpful. He worked with us and took as long as we needed to work out a deal that was even better than we could ever have thought possible! We had a price we were willing to pay for a 2011, but ended up with a 2012 for the same price! GOD is good and answered our prayer through these young men! Everyone at Lugoff Toyota, was very friendly and made us feel welcome. They even offered to take us to lunch since we were there through their lunch time. We give five stars to Lugoff Toyota's managament and staff for the best, helpful, friendly and effiecient service. Makes us happy to say we shopped at home with our new found friends. My Review of Lugoff Toyota:
Visited looking for a new Highlander to replace my 10 year old Rav4. Tracey was very helpful. She really listens to what you are looking for in a car. The next day I wanted to test drive a car. Tracey was busy so Cody helped me. Cody told me the second row seats don't come out in the Highlander, making it to small to transport the boxers as I do. We looked at the Sienna.

I spent a week, test driving other brands and visiting other dealers, but I came back to Lugoff Toyota and got the best deal. Allen in finance was helpful in trying to beat my credit union rate (too bad you use Wells Fargo, or we would have gone with the financing, had a REALLY BAD experience with WF and won't do business with them at ALL). Ralph was instrumental in getting the deal we wanted for price out the door.

I have used the service department many times, they are helpful and give a military discount. Since my husband served for 33 years that is very important to us.

Tracey was the one bright spot in this whole affair. She was instrumental in getting me a great deal on my new truck. She was attentive even when she had high demands from staff and customers. She worked hard with a great deal of poise and never faltered under pressure. She is a valuable asset to the dealership and I would recommend her for managerial training. She has what it takes to follow-up and through with every aspect of a purchase from beginning to end.

While searching for a pre-owned Volvo, I came across Lugoff Toyota in Lugoff, SC where they were offering a 2005 Volvo V50 at a very competitive price. I was nervous about purchasing from a source other than a Volvo dealership and hesitated in making the 2 hour trip from Charleston, SC.

I called and spoke with sales associate Allen, who was very informative while not overly aggressive. He understood that I was still doing some research and was not quite ready to purchase. Allen assured me that the car was in good condition and followed up a few days later with a phone call offering his assistance.

I continued my research for another week or two, checking nationwide websites daily when I noticed a significant drop in the price of the Lugoff V50. I called the dealership and was connected to sales associate Ralph. He also proved to be helpful while not overly aggressive. I informed him of my concerns and let him know that I was considering the 2 hour trip to test drive the car. He reassured me the car was in good condition, but also let me know of a few minor cosmetic issues so I wouldn't be surprised when I arrived.

The car was in much better condition than the online photos let on and was in great condition mechanically. Ralph and Allen were both on hand to answer questions but gave me my space to examine the car.

I decided to purchase and began speaking with Ralph and finance associate Chris (I believe). They made me a very generous trade in offer for my now former Volvo V70 which I happily accepted. They also offered me financing which I declined as I had already set up financing back home. In addition, Chris worked with me when I realized that I had incorrectly filled out the last check in my checkbook needed for a down payment.

After my trade in credit, taxes, dealership fees and tag transfer fees, I paid significantly under Kelly Blue Book and got the exact car that I had been looking for.

All in all, I am very happy with my purchase as well as my experience with the sales team at Lugoff Toyota. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future!
