Went in for a "scheduled"recall on 1 yr old Highlander. It was a Thursday, not too busy. Was told it was going to be a hour for a reprogram. Checked in after an hour and a half as was told another 15 minu It was a Thursday, not too busy. Was told it was going to be a hour for a reprogram. Checked in after an hour and a half as was told another 15 minutes, the internet was running slow?? really! After 2 1/2 hours I was out. No apologies, all the controls, clock, etc had to be reset. This is not the service garage it used to be. More

I loved my experience at My Auto. I worked with Andre and he did such a good job answering all of my questions and keeping me updated on the order of my car.
