Andre Goppy at R&H Motor Cars LTD

I am a true BMW enthusiast, so I thought before I met Mr. George Johnson. I met George four years ago when I first moved to Maryland. We test drove the C class and the E-class, wonderful cars. However, I purchased another 3-series BMW even after test driving In December of last year, I contacted George again, this time for my husband. Again, George was very helpful and willing to assist us on our purchase. Of course we went to two BMW dealerships, only to experience disappointment after disappointment. He opted purchased a Land Rover.

Last week, I decided to call George to test drive an E350. This time I knew that the car I test drove was mine. To confirm that I did not want another BMW, I test drove a 2013 5-Series which is a very nice car, but it was something about the E350 that keep drawing my attention. The next day I went to George at R&H Motors. George knew just what I needed to accommodate my lifestyle. He was professional, honest, patient, kind and knowledgeable. He did everything in his power to ensure the transaction went smoothly. I have great confidence that this was the best option for me. The team was also wonderful. Everyone was so hospitable and kind. I am very pleased with the treatment and of course, the automobile.

My experience with R&H Motor Cars has been exceptional from start to finish the team there always provides top notch, high level customer service. When I stepped off the train to go and pick up my car, the shuttle service was right there to pick me up. I have worked with Andre Goppy in the Service Department for many years and he never skips a beat with the quality of service that he delivers on each and every visit. I recently traded my 2002 C240 to a 2009 C300 and I couldn't say more about George Johnson. He made the process very smooth, efficient and handled my sale with such a quality of care and assurance. He accomodated my every need and it didn't take long for me to get all my paperwork completed. Fran King, provided me with the financing information, she was clear and concise, she was very polite and knowledgable. I could not have asked for a better team, in fact they have spoiled me rotten to the point that I wouldn't go anywhere else but R&H. The are truly the model dealership for signature service.

This dealership has been a true privilege to deal with in every way. I just purchased my 4th Mercedes Benz. This is my first purchase from them. It has been a pleasure. Josh Pomles was perhaps the finest and certainly the most pleasant and helpful auto salesperson that I have ever dealt with. He truly has the customer's best interest in mind and it came through in everything he has ever done with me. I met him a year or so ago when I was having one of my other Benzes serviced there. He truly took an interest in me and my car and talking to him was like talking to a regular friend. I can't say enough good about dealing with him and this organization.
My experience with R&H service and parts department is what drove me to buy from R&H and continues to WOW me with their knowledge, ethics, speed of service and overall excellence. Certainly, you do not come to the MB dealer's service department to get the lowest price. But when you consider the value of the service being delivered and the courtesy and caring that it is delivered with, you can only conclude that it is indeed exchange in abundance for your hard-earned dollars. Andre in service has been great at keeping us on the road, free from breakdowns and looking out for our best interest.
I look forward to many more years of excellent service on my Mercedes Benz Automobiles and actually I truly do look forward to going there. That says it all!!

Excellent Service. Anthony provided dedicated service. Responded to all our concerns and questions. He made a special effort to explain all features of the vehicle that we had questions about. It was a pleasure to work with him on this purchase.
We also met with Andre our service rep concerning maintenance and servicing of our 2003 E500. We were not using it as a trade and wanted to know would be needed to keep it. As it has been in the past Andre was very informative and helped us in deciding maintenance and warranty plans for our Certified Pre-owned 2008 E350.
Our overall experience was very positive.

Likisha and Andre were excellent! Very knowledgale, very professional and treated me with respect. They welcomed me with a smile. Likisha emailed my daughter daily about my purchase- she was awesome! Andre promised to meet my needs totally. What a great two people to purchase a car from. I will not go anywhere else. I have not seen customer service at this level- ever! A++ in my book. Thank you!

My wife and I have purchased 7 different vehicles from this dealership since 2000. We have always received a great deal on each purchase. We could never have asked for better deals. We are greeted like family every time we visit. Our vehicles are always held to the highest of maintenance standards... we have never been displeased with the quality of work. If there was something minor or a discrepancy, we questioned it... they made it right. They make us feel good about spending our money.

I had mentioned to Andre during the fall that my next Benz would be the 4wd because the c300 was not heavy enough to move through the tough winter snow. He must have passed that information on because when I came in for general service, Mr. Johnson stopped in the waiting area and invited me to come with him and see what he believed I would like.

When we went to the showroom, he showed me this gorgeous black benz that had all the features I needed plus some. It even came with a nav system that was easy to use. Of course I have not had a chance to use it yet since I broke my foot the same day I picked up the car. I did not come in to purchase a car only to have my routine mainteance done. I have had 8 vechiles in my lifetime. Thus far, I have never had such positive experiences as those with R&H Motor Cars. All of the employess are friendly and helpful and Mr.Andre Goppy is an exceptional. He presents himself in a very professional manner and he is very knowledgeable.
The R&H "Know Your Vehicle Treatment Plan" is the most helpful device I have every received regarding any vehicle. For the first time, I understand the service needs of my car. And further, there are graphics and explanations that show what the current conditions, and future expectations of the repairs/results.
The environment at R&H Motor Cars is pleasent and inviting because every person there seems interested in making it a wonderful place to go with car problems "great or small."
Purchasing a vehicle from R&AH has made it easy for me because beyond the purchase of the car is an excellent support system of maintenance to enhance the longevity of my investment.
I am very impressed with this business.

I purchased my 2007 Mercedes Benz, 350 4Matic from Likisha in Nov. 2006, and I was so pleased with the transaction. She was most knowledgeable about my car and was most professional in her presentation of all of the particulars on this car. In fact, I met with her today because Sirius radio reprogrammed their channels and I didnot know how to reprogram my radio for the new channels. She was most gracious and patient with me, as she taught me how to operate those gadgets myself. In fact, I have been quite satisfied with R&H Motors and the service I've received from them. I live in Owings Mills, therefore, it is most convenient for me, and the service dept. personnel is very helpful,as well. I would purchase another car from this dealership, when the time comes. I have also been very pleased with my service rep., Andre'Goppy. He is always accessible when I have a need.

This the third car I have purchased from this dealership. I purchased my first one in 1986 a E300. My second in 2002 a E430 and my present one 2010 C350 Sport. This dearlership is excellent. Bill my salesman, was wonderful and extremely helpful in the selection of the C350 he took his time and explained all of the new features of the car and is always available when I have a problem.

Andrey in service is great and he is attents to any problems with the car. Bill and Andrey are an excellent and a great aset to the dealership!!!!
