I had a GREAT experience purchasing my used vehicle from Andrew Toyota. This was my second purchase with Andrew Toyota and by far exceeded my original standards with the dealership. They were very willing to work with me on getting the best possible deal, without pushing me in a corner. Since I had to do the purchase in a quick timeframe, they got the paperwork together timely, and effectively. I would definately recommend Andrew Toyota for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I was impressed with the professionalism, but at the same time the kindness that Andrew Akhahon showed me. This car was the first step I had to take after I separated from my husband. I was so nervous and worried, but Andrew was so nice and so helpful that I was put at ease and drove off in a beautiful new car. I would recommend this particular salesperson to all my friends. The Toyota is a great car. I have always bought Toyotas and I will always will.

We bought a brand new 4Runner from Andrew Toyota. They provided excellent service during the sales transaction. All of the employees that we met were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us a fair price on the vehicle without much uncomfortable haggling. Best of all, they appear to have an excellent service department. We are looking forward to working with them more in the future.

Andrew was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, as were the other sales staff we talked with. We had gone back several times to test drive two different cars, and even explained the other brands against which we were making a comparison - Never felt like we were being rushed or talked into a purchase, Andrew and staff were very knowledgeable, thorough and comfortable to work with.

Andrew, our salesperson was amiable and made sure we were satisfied. He went out of his way with customer service. We were shown the features of the cars but were treated like the informed consumers that we were. We test drove our purchase on two different occasions, never feeling pressured to buy. We are extremely satisfied with our new Prius!

My sales representative was great. Smiling, joking, easy to talk to. Deal went smooth and predictable. However the financial person that offered me extended waranties and set me up with financing, was very unknowledgable about my specific transaction. Having to print the final documents three times. First the type set was off, understandable. Secondly the finance percentage was wrong, and she put in an extended waranty even though I declined. Was I being fenangled? Were they hoping I wouldn't notice the extra charges? Who can say. The third was correct and I was on my way. The next day I went to pick up the car as it was just pulled off the truck and had all the plastic and stuff on it. There was a knick on the driver's side door and they were more than eager to fix it right away. Overall very satisfied, except for the final docs.

My overall experience was good. I just wish the whole process (once I decide what I want) would take less time. I was told to come back in 1 hour-my car was ready but the paperwork was not. I know the dealership was busy that day, but then I should have been told to come back a little later.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
My journey into finding a new used vehicle started 3 weeks and several dealers ago. The service I received from other dealers was mediocre at best. Working with Andrew Akhahon made life MUCH easier for me. He did not rush me into any decisions. I had my parameters and stipulations in place for what I was looking for. He did not try to persuade me to get into something that I was not comfortable with. Once I had made a decision on the vehicle I was comfortable with the transition to working with Julie was just as superb! Julie really is an outstanding business woman and professional and answered all of my questions completely!

If anyone is looking for two great individuals to work with in purchasing a new or used vehicle...PLEASE RUN don't walk to work with Andrew Akhahon and Laurie Differt. Honestly, in the couple times I've had to deal with purchase vehicles, NEVER have I had such a positive and peaceful journey and transaction take place.

This is the second car that I bought from Andrew Toyota. I always ask to work with Andrew Akhanon and John Moore in that I trust them and appreciate their attention to detail. I have my car serviced at Andrew as well...I really believe it is important to keep up the relationship with them. They know me and my expectations and have always lived up to them. I have no hesitation recommended Andrew Toyota and these professional gentlemen to others.
