My Review of Ciocca Honda:
First off i want to start off by saying i am extremely satisfied with the service i was offered yesterday. I went into honda thinking i wasnt going to be walking out with a car and if i was it was going to be a used car that would probably mess up on me. Well fortunately i got one of the best salesmen i have ever met. He was so friendly right off the bat.. He did whatever he could to get me a car. I was so pleased to work with him and for morgan starting off as a new salesman and treating me like he did is amazing. Good customer service is hard to come by anymore. But all in all morgan was a great salesman yesterday and i walked out of honda with a brand new 2012 honda civic..,, something i never thought could have happen but thanks to morgan and his great personality and great team they allowed me to walk out of honda with a brand new car... THANK YOU SO MUCH MORGAN!!!

My Review of Ciocca Honda:
I initially came to Ciocca Honda to look at a certified pre-owned civic that I'd seen online. Once at the dealership I worked with Dan and he was incredibly knowledgable about the car and features on the car. In fact all employees I came in contact with during my visit were friendly and offered assistance. I did not feel any pressure to buy and they were willing to listen to my price point when discussing financing options. I would and have recommended Ciocca to my friends and family for a smooth and friendly car buying experience.

My experience with Ciocca Honda was simply WONDERFUL!! The staff were all extremely friendly towards me and I couldn't have asked for better. The guy who sold me my car, Morgan Reynolds, was ABSOLUTELY hands down the best salesman I have dealt with when it comes to cars. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I wanted and treated me like he knew me for years. Thanks to him and Andrew Wallett working their butts off to get me financed, I was able to get the car that I wanted all by myself!! I HIGHLY recommend Ciocca Honda for anybody looking to buy a car, these guys know what they're doing! :-)

The quoted price by Megan was the best I had found in my search and Matt, Tony, Anthony, and Andrew were wonderfully patient with us as we arrived late in the day to complete the sale. My Review of Ciocca Honda:
The dealership was very friendly and was willing to deal. Once the deal was made I felt rushed as it was near closing time and we were taking the car home. Looking back now all the dials on the dash were not explained. Like what turned what on, turned things up or down, chaning the radio station, using the sirus radio,exactly how the dual heat controls worked etc. The time on the clock was wrong. I was impressed with they called 2 days later to let us know they found a pair of glasses in the old car and would hold them for us.

My experience with Ciocca Honda was just wonderful. As I stepped into the dealsership, I was addressed, taken care of and reassured many times over. I was given time to think about my purchase, ask questions, test drive the vehicle, request additonal information and inquire about any printed information that I thought might impact my purchase of the vehicle. Each visit was rewarding and exciting. I lovemy new car!

My Review of Ciocca Honda:
I have purchased two CRV's from Ciocca Honda and was totally pleased with both experiences as well as the vehicles. The salesmen and the financial management dept were very eager to make this a stressfree activity and did not pressure me in the least. They answered all of my questions,were extremely friendly,gave me a great deal both times, and made certain I understood all aspects of the vehicle before leaving the dealership. They showed a great deal of respect towards me and the decision process I was going through.
Both times,I was emailed and phoned to see if the CRV was working properly and if I was pleased with it and the treatment I received from Ciocca. During the year, I also received emails to remind me of scheduled maintenances and just to check in on the vehicle and my experience with it.
I also used the service department for the scheduled maintenance appointments and was thoroughly pleased with the service I received.......easy to schedule an appointment, did not have to wait long as the CRV was taken into the service area immediately upon arriving,very efficient, and very friendly. I was treated as a very valued customer.
I would highly recommend Ciocca Honda and will return there for my next vehicle in the future.
