Andy Conger was very informative and helped me through the whole buying process. Great customer service. Made several follow up calls to make sure everything was being done to earn my business. Randy Berry made my buying experience very simple and smooth. All features were discussed at dealership as well as syncing my phone with the car. Mustang was detailed with a full tank of gas and ready for pickup. I would recommend chestatee Ford to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle and I will be back for any future buying.

Andy was great to work with. Coming from Out of state, relocating to Georgia, he was able to help us with the purchase of a Truck, even with the special circumstance of our needs. The paperwork was done quickly, efficiently and always with a friendly smile! The truck we found via the website was exactly as described, even better! There was no doubt we made the right choice! My Experience with Chestatee Ford was nothing but positive! Andy did a great job finding me the car I wanted and not pushing me to one that was on the lot. I got top $$$ for my trade in and they got me in and out the fastest I have ever seen with the purchase. No 5 hr haggling session like other local dealers. When was the last time you gave your trade in keys to a salesman and they DIDN'T hide your vehicle? Not at Chestatee Ford! My trade in stayed in view the whole time.

Very Professional, Very Positive Experience and I will be buying my next car from them again soon.

Mr. Conger is not a normal pushy salesperson. He treats his customers with respect and makes them feel welcomed at Chestatee's Ford! In addition to that, he seems like he is a very honest and caring sales rep! With that mentioned, I would highly recommend purchasing any vehicle from him.

Words cannot express the positive and relaxed energy I received from dealing with Mr. Conger. An individual would have to experience this environment in order to understand the difference between Mr. Conger and any other sales rep.

Mr. Conger's personality is awesome! He is a A++++++ sales rep!

I was looking for a new car but wasn't settled on which one. I knew I was interested in the new Explorer but was still open to options. Andy let me test drive the Explorer and we also decided to drive the new Edge. After leaving, I was really impressed with both but the Edge was a little more in my price range. I decided to go look at GMC at Mall of Georgia and wasn't impressed with the vehicle as much as I expected to be and very umipressed with the new sales person they had (he knew about as much as I did from the internet). At this point I went across the street to the Mall of GA Ford to show the Edge to my wife and we had a great sales person there as well but we weren't thrilled with all of the back and forth on price and trade-in value (or lack thereof). After leaving frustrated about the trade-in we went home. A couple of days later Andy let me test drive the Edge for the night and we were sold. We went back and ran some numbers with Andy and after talking for a little while we decided to buy it there even though we had a great offer from Mall of GA as well. I appreciate working with people that I feel like I could go have a drink with afterwards and I felt that way at Chestatee Ford. They really made us feel like family and didn't jerk us around with different types of sales numbers or plans. They will come highly recommended from me.
