The best place to buy Honda in Brooklyn and New York City. Professional service. Very friendly. Real and very good price. No any hidden charges. No any tricks with price like give low price first and after that add extra charges like delivery to dealership, dealer fee, etc. My purchase was really fast, easy and pleasant. I recommend Bay Ridge Honda to all who want to buy Honda.

From the day my husband and I went to Bay Ridge Honda on Mar. 23,2013 and were greeted by George Gambino we were immediately made to feel welcome and comfortable. We were introduced to sales consultant Andy Feldman who would help us find a car. Andy was friendly, professional and knowledgable about the cars and their features and also explained to us about the process of financing if we choose to go that route. We never felt pressured or made to feel inadequate. When we choose our car Andy promptly prepared the necessary paper work and set up an appointment with Joseph Calixtus to discuss extended warrenties and extras. When we met with Joseph he also was friendly, professional and was able to explain the extended warrenty and answer all our questions expertly. The car was promised to us for March 27, 2013 , 5 days after we walked in and it was ready and waiting on that day. We had lost 3 autos in storm sandy and buying a new car was a new experience for us. Bay Ridge honda and in particular the men we mainly worked with made the experience effortless.

Overall, I had a very good experience. Andy and CJ were polite, helpful, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I got the car I wanted the same day. Hard to improve on that.

I lost my 2009 Honda Accord EX in the great flood of 2012. I needed another car and did not want to buy a new one so I decided to get a 2010 coming off lease. I went back to Bay Ridge Honda where I had leased and bought my previous two Accords. I was assigned Andy Feldman as my salesman. I had spotted a few on their internet site that looked good. Andy directed me to a 2010 Accord EX L with low mileage. 16000 miles to be exact. I met with Andy three times and he was able to meet my price and answer all my questions. Overall I would give this experience, and my other two, an excellent rating.

This is the second car that I have leased from Bay Ridge Honda, but my first time dealing with Andy Feldman. He was a very attentive sales person, who went above and beyond the call of duty when helping me lease my new 2013 Civic. Originally, the car I wanted was not available, but Andy kept me updated every step of the way, and ultimately had my car ready for me weeks before the original estimated delivery date. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have had some correspondence with Andy to get help installing a cargo net in my trunk that wasn't available the date that the car was delivered. Andy helped me set up an appointment, and have the net installed free of charge, which was just another one of those "above and beyond" things that Bay Ridge Honda -- and Andy -- has done for me during my relationship with them.

Great Price, No silly haggling, Very informative salesperson, absolutely no pressure. I bought the car sight unseen. When delivered, the vehicle exceeded my expectations in every way. The financing was without the typical bank gobbledegook and Honda is, once again, the only way to buy a car.
