The used vehicle I bought was all that was advertised,the price was as stated and no crazy add -ons after the agreed upon deal. The car was detailed to complete satisfaction,and ready when promised.There was two surprises to the sale: a 45 day warranty came without charge,and when they recounted the cash that I paid (after I left the dealership and was on my way home),I got a phone call from manager Andre Selec informing me that I paid TOO MUCH and that they would be returning $100 to me!!!That was cash that he could have put in his pocket and not told anyone about it,but he called me right away. Mr. Stahl and Mr. Selec and the whole operation was top notch as I expected nothing less ,as this is my second purchase from this store (purchased a 2017 Crosstrek). More

My Subaru Legacy I just want to say how pleased I was with the whole experience of purchasing my Subaru. I have wanted a Subaru for so long but was really in the marke I just want to say how pleased I was with the whole experience of purchasing my Subaru. I have wanted a Subaru for so long but was really in the market for a smaller SUV. Myself,My wife and my kids went and test drove a SUV that I really had my eye on. After test driving it we proceeded to the dreaded sales office. After telling the guy where We needed to be, he would not work with us, so we left a little disappointed. We then planned driving up the road to the Fitzgerald Jeep dealership. As we were driving, we saw what we wanted at the Subaru dealership and it was not a Subaru. As we got out and looked at it, it had too many miles for my liking. So out comes Andy. We told him what we’re looking for and he said that we should be able to find it st their Jeep dealership. I looked at my wife and she gave me the nod, so I asked Andy if he had and pre-owned Foresters or Outback’s. He said they had a few. We walked down the aisle and there SHE was, a pristine 2015 Subaru Legacy in pearl white with only 17k miles. I didn’t event want to look at the other two models. We Test drove it and after 2-3 minutes in the car, I knew it was going to be mine. She drove like a dream. Got back and talked to Andy and this guys is a wealth ok knowledge on the Subaru’s and was not pushy. I told him I was going to think about it. Well I slept on it and called him the next morning asked him to hold and To have it detailed because I would be back to buy it the next day. We came in, it was waxed and ready to go. Signed the papers and left with the car. If it wasn’t for Andy, I really think I would have regretted not buying a Subaru. This guy and dealership is FIRST CLASS. THANKS Andy. More

When we arrived to the dealership Andy received us and had the car ready for a drive test and all the information we needed. He was very friendly and able to answer all the questions we had and really patient with us. We never felt like he was pressuring us into buying a car from him, instead we felt like he was there to provide all the information we needed for us to decide. He was able to offer a good deal in a newer car than the one we went to check, so we decided to go with the newer car. We had a really good experience with Andy, and we would highly recommend him. From the beginning we loved the no haggle...let the Subaru sell itself approach. Andy was informative, kind, caring and was a pleasure to work with. He showed us the Outback we eventually purchased. He made the entire process painless and pleasing. From George to Corinna everyone experienced was wonderful to work with even the sales person (whose name I didn't get) who tried to sell us a new CrossTrek when he saw us sitting in it as we were waiting for some paperwork to be processed was kind and seemed to genuinely care about what we were doing. We will definitely recommend Fitzgerald Subaru, Andy, George and Corinna to our friends and family. Thank you for making this experience a pleasant one. Returning Customer after years of denying Subaru I met Andy and Nick just after graduating HS, and while they always raved about Subaru, it wasn't until 8 years later that I purchased my very first S I met Andy and Nick just after graduating HS, and while they always raved about Subaru, it wasn't until 8 years later that I purchased my very first Subaru from them. Now I'm on my second. I stopped by in November during service on my previous Subaru, saw the Forester and after not being pressured or discouraged to test drive other SUVs, I told Andy I would be back for that exact car in the show room. At the time I was out on maternity leave and wanted to wait till I returned back to work. He never called to hassle me, he waited till I was ready. 3 months later I returned ready, informed him of which model I wanted, and with the help of Nick on the lookout, he called each time they got a vehicle that matched my criteria. About one week later I left Fitz with the same car I saw in the show room. The day before purchasing Corinna called to help me out with my credit application so I wouldn't be waiting the next day. On the day of purchase Andy and Rick worked together to get me in and out with a great deal, no haggling, stress free! More
