My Review Of Lithia Nissan of Medford:

I worked with Garrett on my first visit. He was very friendly and listened to what I wanted I wanted a sedan and instead of showing me the most expensive models, he showed me the least expensive model but it still had everything I asked for. As a first time buyer, I really appreciated that he showed me the perfect car that was a better price than I had even hoped for instead of trying to sell me top of line. When I came back, I worked with Mitch who was equally knowledgeable and helpful. Neither he nor Garrett pressured me to buy like other dealers did, so I felt very comfortable with both of them. Mitch helped me work out a deal with better pricing and payments than I thought was possible! My husband is in the military and currently deployed, so I was doing all of it on my own. Dick Heimann (one of the founders of Lithia!) and Brent worked with Nissan directly for financing so my husband's name would be on the title and the loan since credit unions wouldn't accept Power of Attorney but Nissan would. It was a huge relief. I worked with Andy for financing. I appreciated that he explained the warrenties and referred me to an insurance company who is able to give me much better coverage for a much lower price than I'm paying now. Overall, I has a fantastic buying experience at Lithia Nissan - great, friendly service, no-pressure sales, and they worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone who is car shopping!

My Review Of Lithia Nissan of Medford:

My vehicles needs changed, so I strolled onto Lithia Nissan of Medford's lot. I was looking at a 2013 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab 4x4. Chris Smallwood, one of their salesman, approached me with a smile and a handshake. Instead of immediately starting in on me and pressuring me to buy or test drive, he took the time to just have a friendly conversation as I was looking at the 2013 Frontier. This put me at ease as obviously, most consumers are tense enough walking onto a car lot. I then told him what I was trying to do, ie: payments, why I now needed a 4x4 truck with four doors. He knew the vehicle wasn't going to fit my ideal goals as I was on a budget. He took me over to a 2012 model, same options, brand new still, just last years' model. It carried a $5,500 discount on it!! Although this exceeded my budget a little, he said his staff was very good at accommodating their customers. He wasn't lying. That's when the manager, Jesse Cirina came to talk to me. He really worked hard adding value to my trade-in to get the numbers closer. He then worked with finance manager, Andy Westlake, and must have called at least 5-6 banks trying to find me the best rate and term. Their hard work paid off!! Then POP! They not only met my budget, but came in lower than I expected and included a lifetime oil change deal. What a great dealership, great staff!! I would strongly recommend Lithia Nissan of Medford to anyone, especially to those who have had bad experiences elsewhere. I could not have been more pleased with the Nissan Frontier I purchased. The sales manager, Jim Riley, was personable and took his time with me to make me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jim worked to make this a deal that I felt was very fair.

Justin was a fantastic salesman! He made the entire experience very comfortable and informative for a first time buyer. As a female buyer I greatly appreciated it!!
Andy was incredibly informative with the financial aspect of the sale. He was able to break down all information for me so i could actually understand what I was paying for!
These two were wonderful. I really appreciate all their help and I love my new Versa!!

My Review Of Lithia Nissan of Medford:

I was a first-time buyer who had no credit and no idea what to expect. I had rough guidelines of what I wanted in a car; under 100k miles, a small automatic car, less than 10k for the sticker price, payments under 250 dollars a month. Mitchell helped me find a 2011 Chevy Aveo that met all of those qualifications. I also test drove a Cobalt, and decided it was not right for me. Mitchell had suggested I try it, but did not try to pressure me into getting it, despite it being more expensive. He was easily able to answer all the questions I had about the car and did everything with an enthusiastic attitude.

I was worried my lack of a credit score would be a huge obstacle, but Mitchell and his sales manager Andy helped me negotiate a deal with a bank that felt reasonable and within my limits. I felt like I was in way over my head initially, but they explained everything to me as the process went along, and everything worked out in the end.

Having always relied on unreliable Craigslist cars before, I am truly happy to have given the dealership approach a chance. I now have a great vehicle that I can rely on at a price I can live with. I recommend Lithia Nissan and Mitchell, and I know that I'll be going there when the time comes to trade in my car for something newer and better.

I've heard stories of Litha so I was reluctant to go. I'm glad I did. Justin was not the pushy salesman I expected. He is knowledgeable and answered all my questions, even if I asked them twice. We got the price we wanted, which other dealerships would not budge! I think I may go here again in the future.
