My Review Of Capitol Honda:
I needed some repairs done on my 2000 Honda that I thought would be best handled by a dealer. Since Stevens Creek Honda was closer, I went there first - big mistake! They tried to charge me just to look at the car, and that charge wouldn't apply to the repairs. I told them what the problem was, it didn't matter. I could go on, but this is about my experience with Capitol Honda. From the minute I called them to the moment I arrived, I knew I made the right choice. When I called, I spoke with Sean, one of the service mangers. He actually apologized for my experience at Stevens Creek Honda and told me to come in and they would take care of the problem. When I got there, Sean was with a customer, so I dealt with the assistant service manager, Angie. Not only was she very knowledgeable, but she had a great attitude. She even brought me back to speak directly to the mechanic who was working on my car. The mechanic was very helpful and explained exactly what was going on and the best fix for it. (I apologize, but can't recall his first name.) They had to order a part ,which was in the next morning. Angie sent the shuttle driver over to pick me up - I didn't have to ask. When I arrived, my car was ready to go. To put it simply, if you need work done on a Honda, you will be doing yourself a great service if you first go to Capitol Honda and ask for Angie or Sean. You'll be glad you did.
