I’ll tell you the same thing I said on the Toyota website. The managers I came in contact with seem to be looking through instead of at me. She was friendly not that slap you on the back type of “hey how are you” but showed interest In meeting me and addressing my vehicle needs. Her knowledge of the process and product were what I expected and wasn’t disappointed in choosing Village Toyota to buy from. After visiting a few other dealerships, we had the best experience at Village Toyota. Our salesperson, Anna Psihas, was amazing. She helped us with pretty much everything over the phone. I took delivery of my New 2021 Rav4 Sat Oct 30 2021, I have to say ,I looooove it!!!
