My Review of Szott Ford:
This is probably the 5th car that I have bought / leased from Szott Ford. They are the most professional and helpful dealer ever!!! I received a call from their General Sales ManagerSteve Gabbara last Friday to personally let me know that I could trade in my lease car 5 months early and get a new car without raising my payments. I was so excited, I came in and met with the Sales Manager, Chris Boan. Chris had worked some figures in advance and gave me several models to choose from. The lovely saleswoman, Renee took me for a test drive and helped me pick out just the right car! I was only too happy to find out that my new car actually cost $5.00 LESS per month than my old car. You can only imagine how happy that made me!

The paperwork and financial arangements were handled by a very pleasant young man, Anthony Ketchum. He made the experience very efficient and we were explained every detail thoroughly. It is such a pleasant surprise that even out here in the country, they have managed to employ such sophisticated and professional employees. The ownership team must do a tremendous job of recruiting and retention. As an executive with one of the largest banks in the nation, I can tell you that I am am very impressed!

Easy, stress free purchase. No pressure environment. Salesman and management were very friendly and helpful. Charlie did not try to sell me something that I did not need. Excellent dealership! I have been to dealerships that left me feeling like a dollar sign instead of a person. I did not leave Szott's Ford with any regrets! Charlie Carroll is a great guy and salesman!

Szott Ford and the guys made my used car purchase so easy. Scott handled the deal over the phone. When I arrived to view the car everything was ready for purchase. Szott Ford delivered the sub to my home in Perrysburg OH. The two gentlemen that delivered it had the proper paperwork and were right on time. I would tell anyone to but from Szott Ford.

My Review of Szott Ford:
It was a fun experience working with Charlie and Anthony. They have car speak down well---but in such a way that the customer feels a part of "The Team".
Every customer knows that getting the best deal is at best elusive. But Anthony gave me the invoice copy and deal numbers to take home to Bloomfield Hills, which is about 35 miles from the Szott dealership. I could have easily gone to a dealership 5 miles from where I live, put the deal on that desk and said "match it". I did not do that. Rather my wife and I drove back a few days later and signed for a new Fusion.
That is perhaps the biggest compliment I can pay to Charlie, Anthony, and Szott Ford.

It is always a wonderful experience when I visit Szott Ford for new vehicles. Hernando Hulleza has been working with my son for more than 10 years and with me for over 3 years. He is the most wonderful salesperson to deal with--no pressure and explains everything. I also want to mention that Anthony Ketchum made my financing unstressful even under my current fiscal situation.

My Review of Szott Ford:
This is the second car that we have gotten from Szott. Worked with Anthony previously in getting our Fusion. He was straight forward and great. Especially since we had 2 kids running around! Went back to work with him again but it was his day off. My husband talked with Jon about getting the Focus for me and I have to say that we had an excellent experience wirking with Jon and with Szott again! I live in Fenton and will continue to make the drive to you guys because the customer service compared to Lasco is top notch! Great job to all! And a BIG THANKS TO JON! even though he is new I couldn't tell, you did and awesome job!

My Review of Szott Ford:
I recently went to Szott Ford on a recommendation from a friend. I can sincerely tell you I was not disappointed in the purchase of my 2010 Ford Fusion. My salesperson Stacie Bright was exceptionally helpful during the whole process of obtaining my car. She worked tirelessly to make sure I was totally happy with my experience at the dealership. When I told them I was already pre-approved on a loan, Anthony Ketchum was able to beat my bank loan by almost 2 percentage points. He saved me hundreds of dollars- Thanks Anthony!! He was also able to work out a decent price on 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. In the end, I have to say their customer service is outstanding, everyone was courteous and friendly, and my overall experience was 5 stars. If you need a new or used car, I would highly recommend Szott Ford as the place to make your next purchase.

My Review of Szott Ford:
My husband and I were looking to purchase a used vehicle and called Anthony Ketchum to help us find a fuel-efficient vehicle at a reasonable price. Our credit was questionable and it wasn’t easy to get an approval but Anthony did not give up. We tried to purchase a used vehicle without success. He then showed us a 2011 Lime Green Ford Escape to lease. My first thought was, “that is a pretty ugly color”. We were also weary about leasing because we have never leased before. I have to say that I couldn’t be happier. Not only do I NOT lose my car in a parking lot. I am the only Lime Green Ford Escape on the road and I love it. This vehicle is way better than the used one we were originally looking at. The level of customer service we received from Anthony will never be matched. We will be back in about a year when we need to replace our 2nd vehicle. You rock Anthony Ketchum!!!
