Jack Canavin's sale style was informative, to the point, responsive and non threatening. Anthony Nestor's closing of the paperwork was efficient, making sure I understood everything I was signing and he asked to make sure. I would definately recommend Pacifico as a result. (The Explorer Sport is also a excellent ride , coming from a former Toyota loyalist.)

Sean was excellent. He stayed more than one hour after his shift and never mentioned it. He was patient and offered to work through multiple options to get the monthly payments we wanted.

I've been purchasing cars for over 40 years and this was the absolute best buying experience I've ever had. Pacifico Ford was fantastic to deal with. I had visited other dealerships and they were by far the friendliest and most professional. Bob was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured in any way. He made sure the vehicle I got was everything I wanted and didn't hesitate to help me on any details. Anthony made the financing process simple and I felt in control the entire time. Dealership was very clean, which was nice and water was always offered. The selection of cars was great, there was several Edge's for me to choose from and pricing couldnt be beat. Bob, Bill and Tony, took the time needed to make sure we felt comfortable with all the numbers and explained my best options for finacing. The car was everything I expected it to be when we picked it up, not only that but the paperwork was ready to go and getting through everything was a breeze. Bob was great at explaining the functions of my new car and was great to deal with. You can tell nthere is a good team in plac at Pacifico and it starts will Bill. I would highly recommond to others to use Pacifico!

All of the above listed personnel were helpful, pleasant and courteous. However I must point out that Connie Toy is "one in a million." She is knowledgeable, resourceful, and determined to assist her customer (s) if it is humanly possible. I was unable to understand and therefore utilize the driver's manual with respect to programming the remote (located on the driver's visor) which should open and close the garage door. Connie went out of her way to come to my home ( a short distance from the dealership) and eventually called the central office of Ford. She was successful. I now have a functioning remote on my car and usable backups (from the past).

In this era of economic troubles I find it essential for Americans to buy an American car. The Ford Fusion is both environmentally friendly and a great car to drive. I am enjoying it more and more each day. In fact I will recommend it to any and all. I will also suggest Pacifico Ford and in particular Connie Toy. She is the best.

I do suggest that Ford reexamine the language in the drivers' manual to make it more comprehensible.

Everyone at Pacifico Marple Ford was helpful, informed and professional. I never felt any pressure to buy a more expensive model or one with more bells and whistles.

Frank in particular was great to work with and he answered all of my questions with interest and honesty - aka no question was a dumb question.

Rob Esposito was very easy to deal with. My wife and I were looking for a car that had enough seating for us and our 4 children. Rob showed us a Used Ford Flex on the lot that we had seen online. It has been a good fit for us. Rob was very friendly and willing to allow us to take the time to make sure the vehicle was right for us. He wasn't pushy and is certainly someone I would deal with again. The rest of the sales team was very friendly as well even offering us to take the car home for a night to see if we liked it.
