I brought my car in at 8:30am for an Oil Change, to a my brakes looked at, and to have the driver side lights checked out as well since one wasn't working. While checking in, I asked Anthony to check the br brakes looked at, and to have the driver side lights checked out as well since one wasn't working. While checking in, I asked Anthony to check the brakes and lights and he said "We'll check everything." He even stated that I should know this, since this isn't my first time here. Two hours later, I get call from anything and he states there are no issues with the brakes and the lights are fine. I pick up the car and it still has a problems with the lights and the brakes. I was told by several employees standing in front of one another that a manager is unavailable until Monday, at the Nisan building and/or unable to help you today. I walked over Nisan for a supervisor who guided me back to Honda's main office. Mark "Hamol" (a manager) told me that on weekends they don't have techs of the same quality as Monday - Friday. A started a Three way call with Anthony who confirmed all the tech did was look at the brakes and lights, but didn't inspect them because the techs who know what to look for are not there. Mark then walks outside me and looks at the lights and notices the issues. He states I can take my car back the Honda Service and they will replace the bulb. The Service within 5 minutes then notices over $2000 dollars in repairs they can make while stating they don't have anyone here today that accurately assess the issues. More

Very disappointed with my last service. I have taken my car a few times but this was different. I needed to get a faulty battery tested and they told me to come back with the car because I receipt wouldn't car a few times but this was different. I needed to get a faulty battery tested and they told me to come back with the car because I receipt wouldn't print. I came back and then they tried charging me 60$ for a diagnostic test when yesterday they said it was free. The battery was dead and they wanted to charge another 40$ for a simple battery charge. Very upsetting when they were not listening to what I wanted and tried selling other services. There are other dealing closer to me for next time!! More

My experience with servicing car at Conicelli Honda I had an excellent overall experience about this dealership . The service providers were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, ready to explain all the details . I had previous interaction with Mr. Anthony Ramlal. Both Mr. Ramlal and Smith are very friendly, Patient and efficient in their job. In the last visit, Mr. Smith was my service advisor. I asked him innumerable questions about the services recommended and other related issues. Mr. Smith answered all questions patiently at my full satisfaction. The arrangement of the waiting room with TV, and other amenities were excellent. More

should have just gone to my local garage My service needs were basic and it took about 2 hours and cost significantly more than I expected. My fiancé had the same service done for $9 somewher My service needs were basic and it took about 2 hours and cost significantly more than I expected. My fiancé had the same service done for $9 somewhere else and mine was $53. The facility felt dirty and workers were unprofessional. I expected genuine Honda service that I received at Pottstown Honda and was sorely disappointed. Definitely Not going back. More
