Jackie was an amazing salesperson. I was at your dealership getting my truck serviced and while I was killing time in the showroom she showed me a few trucks and quoted me. She got me the interest rates I wanted but unfortunately with student loan payments resuming it's not the right time to purchase a new vehicle. Archie had the day off when we went to Ron Tonkin's, so we met Logan. Both my husband & I have mobility issues and we were pleased not to have to spend time "walking the lot"--- Logan had the car pulled up front for us to check it out. There was no pressure to buy. (Impressive & appreciated). Logan presented information about the car in a professional, personalized and friendly manner! He knew what we wanted/needed and was very helpful in making it happen for us! And – the car only had 7,000 miles on it and was a 2022!! What incredible & fantastic customer service! Logan even followed up after we purchased to see if everything was going well. This is the 2nd car we’ve bought from this lot; we definitely recommend Logan and Archie to others! Archie was a shining light that guided me through this whole process, I was shopping for a new EV for two years and couldn't get my hand on the right Archie was a shining light that guided me through this whole process, I was shopping for a new EV for two years and couldn't get my hand on the right one for the right price. No worries, Archie the EV Specialist at my local Chevrolet store had more answers then I had questions. He was able to locate a vehicle that worked perfectly for my needs, and even got me a discount so I could get the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, even though it had one package I didn't need he wrote off the price so I got it for free! I could not be happier with my experience here, it took 2 months but Archie kept me updated waiting on my Bolt with funny videos and a few phone calls checking in on me. I was elated the day my phone buzzed with a video of Archie showing my car ready for delivery. He had done most of the work ahead of time, so when I went in with my financing secured and exact payment figured out before hand so I was straight into signing papers. He setup my phone app to unlock my car through my phone like a Tesla. Jaron in finance was super knowledge and efficient, and manager Andrew is always a joy to talk with. Thank you all!~ More
