My Review of Paradise Chevrolet:
Myself and my fiance'visited Paradise Chevorlet of Ventura because we were looking for exactly what we left with,2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. My fiance' found the truck on line. We contacted Jeff via email and set an appt time. We met with Jeff We let him know we did our home work and wanted to take a look and test drive the truck. Jeff said no I can't do that unless your gonna purchase the truck. (just Kidding.) Jeff took us on a test drive answered all of our question. Jeff was easy to talk to, and personable. Jeff, we still think we were your easiest customers of the day, hehehe. Armondo is another story. No just kidding. Armondo was another very helpful and informative and friendly finance guy. He advised us of alot of options to safe guard our purchse. I will refer friends and family to this dealership because of the experiance myself and my fiance' had with these two particular employess.

Went in on a saturday afternoon and met Jeff Halverson, within maybe 3 hrs i traded in my truck and left with a new one. Was a very seamless process and would go back in the future.

My Review of Paradise Chevrolet:
While looking on the lot for a car Jeff was helpful and knowledgable. I did not feel pressured in any way. After buying the car the change oil message would appear every time I started the car but I spoke to Jeff and Burt and they were helpful in solving the issue quickly and easily. The only major issue I had was that I was told I needed to buy an insurance binder in order to drive the car off the lot that day even though I was currently insured. I purchased this because I was told I needed to and after all was said and done I ended up not needing it. According to the paperwork I signed at the time of purchase it stated I had 1 day to prove I was insured but at the time this piece of info slipped under my radar. I was given a refund after speaking to Armando for the binder, but after the initial phone call to him I had to call and email him again in order to solve the issue. I did not receive any updates until I got the refund check in the mail. For this part of my experience I would of appreciated better communication.

I have one word to say and that is phenomenal!!! I have never been so pleased to buy a vehicle. The first day I was at the dealership I wasn’t satisfied, I felt deceived and I don’t like getting pushed into things. My heart was telling me to go back for a second time, as well as my boss referring me to a different dealer at Paradise. Paradise Chevrolet has the finest dealer I have ever met, Todd Snyder. Literally I would compare him to the superman of dealers because he definitely saved the day. I just feel so blessed that I got the opportunity of having such a magnificent dealer. Not only did he give me exactly what I wanted and more but is humor is to-die-for. Todd and the finance manager, Armando Hinojosa, turned a usually morbid experience into a mind-blowing sales extravaganza. Mr. Snyder took care of everything I wanted, and Armando Hinojosa made all my car dreams come true in the financial office! Armando helped me through all of the financial/ signing in a quick and easy time-frame. It’s like an epiphany, it’s like a dream, I found the first real honest to God car dealership ever! Not only am I going to refer them to every single person I know but I am just so excited to go back and get my GM certified service just to be in the presence of such fine human-beings. Paradise Chevrolet is an amazing company, where they treated me as a part of this dealer family and didn’t look at me like I was just dollars and cents. Thank you sooooo much Mr. Armando Hinojosa and Mr. Todd Snyder for making this possible, without you two I would not have this beautiful Chevy Malibu Hybrid!! =)

Very impressed with this dealership and spicifically my sales person Gary Dowden. Did not attempt to push me into something I didn't want or anything beyond my price range. All encounters I had at this dealership were very professional, polite and respectful. I did purchase a vehicle and would highly recommend this dealership and this salesman to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I was very impressed with the patience I was extended while deciding between a new or used vehicle and the lack of pressure to make an immediate decision that I've experienced at other dealerships. Highly recommend Paradise Chevrolet!

My Review of Paradise Chevrolet:
I really hate to deal with car salespeople but my beloved Saturn is almost 20 years old and needed to be retired, so it had to be done. I did a lot of research online and knew exactly what I wanted. The first place I visited lived up to my worst expectations, but then I discovered Paradise Chevrolet and they had the exact car I wanted. It had not even arrived on the lot but Lawrence Richardson located it and it will be arriving next week. He even called me today to let me know that it was making progress in our direction. Armando Hinojosa did all the paperwork and managed to make even that almost painless. All and all it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend them and Paradise Chevrolet.
