My Review of Duke Automotive Corporation:
Duke has serviced my Cadillac CTS for 6 years. Also bought a pre-owned Pontiac Grand Prix from them in 2009. Scott, Ashley, Tiffany, all of the Duke service team have consistently provided exemplary service and courtesy on every service call. They treat you as they would like to be treated if they were the customer. Earlier this year, I was vacationing in SC and my vehicle's "check engine" light came on so I went to a local Cadillac dealership. After a diagnostic check, the dealership indicated I needed $1600 worth of service, even on items I had checked prior to departing for the trip. At this point, I began to feel I was being taken advantage of in being a out of towner. I placed a call to Scott and he talked me through what may have caused the light to come on, based on his knowledge of my vehicle, and assessed if I would be ok to drive back to VA. When I returned to VA, the Duke service team re-examined the items the SC dealer said I needed. Their report was inacurate. In fact, they have not been replaced months later.
This is just one example of how they consistently look out for their customers and why I don't let anyone else work on my vehicles.
