They were very accomodating. We were running a few minutes late and I called the dealership to let them know. I was informed that it would not be a problem and that they would get me in and out within an hour. Very prompt, courteous, and excellent service.

My Review of Duke Automotive Corporation:
Joe and Penny Mobley were treated like King and Queen from the time we arrived till the time we left. Stan the car warm and waiting when we arrived at 8:00 A.M Ashley was very friendly and very helpful in making sure our 2011 Buick Enclave was taken care of. Then over the the sales to visit our main man Mr. Bruce Blythe and then on our merry way.
We are glad we had the time and chance to really experience the very fine people of Duke Automotive. I would advise all my friends and family this is the way to go to buy all your vehicles.

My Review of Duke Automotive Corporation:
Duke has serviced my Cadillac CTS for 6 years. Also bought a pre-owned Pontiac Grand Prix from them in 2009. Scott, Ashley, Tiffany, all of the Duke service team have consistently provided exemplary service and courtesy on every service call. They treat you as they would like to be treated if they were the customer. Earlier this year, I was vacationing in SC and my vehicle's "check engine" light came on so I went to a local Cadillac dealership. After a diagnostic check, the dealership indicated I needed $1600 worth of service, even on items I had checked prior to departing for the trip. At this point, I began to feel I was being taken advantage of in being a out of towner. I placed a call to Scott and he talked me through what may have caused the light to come on, based on his knowledge of my vehicle, and assessed if I would be ok to drive back to VA. When I returned to VA, the Duke service team re-examined the items the SC dealer said I needed. Their report was inacurate. In fact, they have not been replaced months later.
This is just one example of how they consistently look out for their customers and why I don't let anyone else work on my vehicles.

I purchased two vehicals from DUKE. I get all my service completed at the dealership. I work in the service arena and know the importance and value of top of the line service. I get NOTHING but the BEST, friendly, and knowledgeable service. It is so hard to find good service in the world today. I am so glad I have Duke.

Friendly people and prompt, great service as has always been our experience at Duke. Appointment was made the day before for first thing in the AM and truck was taken in on my arrival just before 8 AM with a warm greeting and a smile (all paperwork ready). Service was completed before I got back from breakfast just across the street.

Scott has been my service advisor for about 11 years now, and has provided nothing but the most courteous and professional customer service to me and my family. He is very accommodating, particularly when I call him at the last minute and need help immediately. Ashley and Tiffany are also two of the most pleasant and friendliest people I've had the pleasure of talking to. Duke Service is very fortunate to have these three working for them!
