Assad ordered me Infiniti aftermarket parts with a great price for them and installation. Mike gave me a loaner car while they worked on mine. The car was done sooner than even promised. I got my first free oil change. They even washed my car and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Mike and Assad kept me up to date with the progress. They made my first service experience with them amazing. The whole team treats you with care and has a passion for perfect customer service. The service manager Tony even contacts you for a follow up to make sure you had a great experience. I would recommend the team at Infiniti at Clarendon Hills to anyone who wants an experience above any other car dealership...

Bob Polanek was the Salesman who sold me the Infiniti G37x. Overall my experience buying an Infiniti was amazing. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel that my business was very much so appreciated. Bob was extremely knowledgable and was able to explain all the features of the car right on the dot. His hospitality and overall friendliness is very much well worth my business in the future. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an Infiniti whether used or new.

Pros: Outstanding. Excellent. Top notch. Worth the extra drive from the Lake County.
Cons: I challenge you to go there and find one.

Eric, the Sales Manager (didn’t catch his name), Jacob, and Assad went above and beyond to make me feel truly special. This was the best experience ever I’ve had at a car dealership by far.

Eric pulled the used cars I was interested in inside so that we could look at them in the warm indoors. Earlier that day (Mar 1), I drove from OH and was having a “long” day overall. I have to say that I wasn’t on my best behavior that evening yet Eric never lost his cool and was very courteous and helpful.

When it was looking like the closing time was coming up, Eric and the Sales Manager offered that I take the car home for a day to see how I like it and discuss with my wife. I actually ended up buying the car that same night (they stayed open until 10PM for me) so I didn’t take them up on their offer but the gesture was appreciated nonetheless.

They were so upfront with me price wise that the “negotiations” were minimal and stressless. They got me out of there in record time. Jacob made the financing portion of the process as seamless as I’ve ever seen. The extended warranty package I purchased was reasonably priced and made sense, I’m glad I bought it.

Assad did a great job delivering the vehicle. He also helped me select some reasonably priced accessories. Eric in Parts was nothing but helpful when I managed to forget the wiper blades I just bought a few days later. By the way, the blades were half the price compared to a dealer in Lake County.

I do not want to mention names, but will say that this dealer is head and shoulders above the other guys in the Chicago area. They secure great talent and motivate them to take care of the customer. I will recommend the Infiniti of Clarendon Hills to everyone I know.

When I first entered into the dealership, I was greeted by the receptionist who then introduced me to Jeff Walker. My first interaction was with Jeff was extremely positive. He asked the right questions and got me to look at the right car that met my needs. It was the M. I then test drove it. After that, Jeff was extremely supportive of my decision making process, he built further credibility of the Infiniti value and brand. The pricing negotiation was fair and balanced. The final purchase process with Jacob and delivery with Assad was flawless. Overall, I give the dealer experience an A+.

I have been in the market for an Infiniti G37x for the past several months. This was the first car dealership that was always honest and upfront during the entire process. Steve Zeiter was our first salesperson. I was trading in two vehicles, one was my daily driver the other was my toy (Mustang). Steve personally contacted a speciality auto dealer to try to get me top dollar for my Mustang. During the process of trying to convince my wife over two weeks, Steve keep in contact with me by cell phone, e-mail and even text messages. He was always available to answer any of my questions. We were informed of a special sale they were having for a lease on the car I wanted. They had one left with all the options I desired. Steve was out of town and I did not want to miss out on buying the car. One of Steve's partners, George Charalampous was there to help me out with my purchase. He went above and beyond during the process and keep me informed and happy. George even called Steve on his vacation to let him know that I finally bought the car. George then gave me a box and helped me transfer everything from my two cars. He even had a porter follow me home with a truck to pick up my extra wheels for the Mustang, so I would not have to make an extra trip. After the sale George introduced me to Assad Hamzeh. Assad sat with me and reviewed any questions I may have about service and my vehicle. He then set up my first free oil change and did something I have never encountered when buying a car. He went over every feature of my car from little things like opening the gas door to setting up my bluetooth and my seating memory on the key fob. I left knowing how to use every amazing option my new Infiniti had to offer.
