My Review of Flemington BMW:
I went into Flemington BWW for a service visit and left with a new 335is. Even though the service adviser, Jim Hierl, knew I may be trading in for a new car, the team followed through on my service completely and professionally.
On the showroom floor, I was greeted by Aubrey Garson. Aubrey was so easy to work with and immediately sensed that I needed a lot of time on my own to thoroughly check out and drive a couple of cars to decide what I really wanted. I spent several hours there and decided finally on the 335is and Aubrey facilitated and completed the transaction so smoothly.
I am in the business of customer care. I travel around the globe consulting with Fortune 500 companies on customer experience management. On the sales side, Aubrey exceeded expectations at every turn. Once I decided on the car, we briefly discussed price expectations and Aubrey worked with the business manager on a financial package that hit the mark. The whole experience end to end was a pleasure.
