My Review of Stetler Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram:
We were very pleased when working with Austin Eberly and Dan Criswell. We were interested in trading in a vehicle and obtaining a Jeep Wrangler. The value we received for the trade was very good compared to other dealerships we visited. Dan worked on obtaining us a very good rate and explained everything wonderfully in reference to the paper work and warranty information. The quality of work rating is due to a used vehicle not being cleaned very well before being given to the purchaser. This has no affect on Austin or Dan's assistance. We are very pleased overall in our experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

As far as buying a car goes, Austin and Daniel were absolutely fabulous. They explained everything as detailed as possible. I felt comfortable in the showroom as well as the test drive, and even doing all the paperwork. They made buying something expensive, enjoyable. My Experience at Stetler Dodge was Great. Austin Eblerly was my salesman and he did a great job. He listened to to what I was looking for and found me excatly what I was looking for. Scott Galbraith did all the paperwork and did a very good job explaining everything to me. I did not feel presured to buy anyhing I did'nt want and had a great experience there.

My fiance' and I greatly appreciate all that Dodge did for us in the purchase of our new vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The staff worked very hard to get us the best deal and we couldn't be happier. We came into the dealership wanting to trade in two vehicles, one of which we owed much more then the actual car was worth. We had poor experiences with other dealerships who were not even willing to work with us. The Dodge staff were great and supportive from the very beginning. The vehicle came in much faster then anticipated and Austin stayed late to accommodate our schedule so we could pick the vehicle up after work hours. Dan also worked hard to find us the best deal and lowest interest rate so our payment ended up being even less then we anticipated-even with additional insurance and warranty coverage! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, not just because the vehicles are top of the line but because the staff are too!

Over the years, I have generally not had happy experiences with auto dealerships. I've encountered indifference, rudeness, incompetence, and even blatant dishonesty. But after buying my first vehicle from Stetler Dodge in York, Pa., (a 2003 Caravan), those negative experiences became history. The sales people are engaging and direct; there are no games, and they are not in a hurry to rush a person into a purchase. There is a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere in this dealership. The sales people are not back-biting enemies...My most recent purchase was a 2011 Dodge Avenger. The vehicle was immaculate upon purchase, and the paperwork was rapid, with no glitches. Several days ago, I brought my Avenger in to have a brake light fixture replaced (twisted gasket), and was in and out in ONE HOUR. They apologized for the "delay." There is a feeling of "family" in this organization. I am delighted to have finally found an auto dealership that I can trust. I wish them success that is commensurate with their excellence..
