Our experience at this dealership was sub par at best, especially for a BMW dealer. My wife and I drove four hours to buy our vehicle as they had the color and model we were looking for. We had found the car online and put money down on it. We made an appointment 10 days later and were assured that the car would be detailed and ready to go. Upon our arrival we were greeted by our salesman, but couldn’t see the car anywhere on the lot. We were told the car was out back ready to drive, so when he brought it around it wasn’t even washed let alone detailed. Our trade in was detailed inside and out as we are very fastidious about our vehicles. Now today we have a tire that is losing air slowly, so I went to the tire shop and there was no key in the car to unlock the lug nut. Just got off the phone we the dealership and they cannot help me without driving back to Cincinnati so they can order the part which they want me to pay for. It should have been in the vehicle but it is not. This is our 6th BMW, but the last we will purchase from Jake Sweeny! More

He said he tried to track it down but couldn’t locate it. After waiting a week for my dealer to find the fob, I called Jake Sweeney and left a message for the manager; the next day I got a call from Rob Hall - he had the missing fob and shipped it FedEx to me. That’s what I call great service! If my salesman had made a call to Rob he’d be getting 5 stars instead of Rob at Jake Sweeney of Cincinnati! More
