My Review of DeNooyer Chevrolet:
Emailed the dealer about a specific car listed online. Barry responded quickly, and we set up an appointment for the next day. Barry was very friendly and we chatted about the car and found that we had a mutual friend. He and Paul from finance worked with me to get my payments into the range I was looking at. The price on the car was very good to begin with--Barry explained that they price their cars to market price (actual sales prices), rather than blue book price (list prices). They worked with me well past closing that night to try to get me in the car that night, but the underwriter at the bank was having computer problems. We finished up the next day, and I took the car home the day after that. Barry was very excited for me, which I appreciated, and promised to check in in a couple of days to see how I was liking the car.
I noticed that one of my headlights was out--how we all missed this, I'll never know--and sent an email to Barry. He responded quickly and set me up an appointment to have it fixed. I received a confirmation email from the service department right after that, as well.
I also received an email to set up an online service account, which keeps track of my vehicles and any services done at the dealership, AND allows you to put in a service request.
I'm very happy with the awesome service I received and am still receiving!
