Definitely the best and least stressful car buying experience I've ever had. Doug Clever is awesome. Went above and beyond-even
coming to my house when I had questions about the loaner car I was given for test drive. Big purchases always stress me out but I felt
at ease and not pressured during the entire process. Doug found the exact car I wanted with all of the options I wanted and went out
of his way to personally go and drive it back from another dealership. Barry and Bob were great too. Barry was my first contact when I
walked thru the door and set my mind at ease after I told him about past negative car buying experiences and Bob made the financing
process a breeze. A great experience all the way around. Would recommend Paul Cerame and it's employees to anyone interested in
buying a car.

Leading up to my purchase I was not sure if I wanted a new or used car. The sales team at Paul Cerame guided me along the way until we landed on a New 2013 Ford Fusion. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the entire process. When I made my decision to get the Fusion, it took them just a few minutes to prepare the paperwork. I am very happy with my new car and would recommend Paul Cerame to anyone.

Ed walked us thourgh the entire process and even tracked car for us; Ed was a great help through the entire process. The GM was great to work with along with the finace team and made the process simple and enjoyable

Barry Pannett and Mike Supp were very friendly, courteous, knowledgable, prompt and trustworthy. I was not only impressed by Barry and Mike, but the entire team, as well. I was and still am completely satisfied with my experience purchasing our 2013 Focus at Cerame.

I would highly recommend Paul Cerame to anyone looking for a Ford. Doug Clever and Joe Ford (as well as everyone I deal with) are both courteous and professional. While in the process of buying a new car, there was a mutual respect that you don't always get at other dealerships.

My experience at Paul Cerame Ford in looking to buy a new Vehicle (Escape) was the most efficent dealer I have ever been in. The Sales personnel was very professional and very friendly, they made you feel like you had known them forever. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends. I actually felt like this dealership wanteed to sell a vehicle. Vicky was outstanding and called us back several times with amswers to our questions before we even came to the dealer. If there is a training program for aother sales associates, then Vicky would be my choice the the instructor. She gave me her full attention the entire time and when she had two customers she ensured both were comfortable and informed the entire. very professional and caring and considerate. Barry was outstanding as well and was very helpful with my concerns and question. Bob also was the same as Barry and Vicky and made the final process very easy. Bob even instructed me to give him paper work that I would normally have to do and he would send it out for me for a possible additional refund. I can honestly say I have bought many vehicles, too many to count, and I have never met a more friendly staff than the one at Paul Cerame. Just a note; even the service employees were friendly as they walked past me in the showroom. I was really impressed.
