Barry Tuttle at Dick Hannah Kia

We had recently bought my 2010 Dodge Caliber through Dick Hannah Kia & Having purchased 4 vehicles there prior, we knew we could rely on their friendly quality service. So when we had been looking for a small used truck for the best price & quality possible, we knew where to go. I approached Barry Tuttle, in January 2012, about purchasing a small truck & he scoured their inventory to find anything that may appeal to me, sadly there wasn't anything I was interested in. I recently had my car serviced & as I was leaving the lot when a small truck caught my eye. I looked the truck over & was very interested. When I went in to ask someone about it, Barry approached me & surprisingly remembered me! I told Barry exactly what I wanted to spend & how I wanted my payments...I was ready to walk away if it didn't work out...to my surprise, he got us a second car loan at an even lower APR than the car I bought in January AND a lower payment than I asked for! I will definitely recommend Dick Hannah Kia & Barry Tuttle to everyone I know who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thank You!!!!

My name is Paul. My wife and myself purchased a new kia sportage 3-31-2012. This is the first time that we had purchased a car without the "agressive car salesman tactic". The reason I wanted to take the time to write this review is to express that we were pleased with how seamless Barry & Joe worked together in assisting my wife & I on a Saturday when things were very busy. Being a salesman who works on commission myself, I was delighted that "both Barry & Joe" were able to work so well together without getting possesive over the customer/ my wife & I. Barry Made everything about the experience smooth and easy. I took time out of my work day to purchase and pick up the vehicle and Barry provided the necessary information that allowed my purchase to be as quick and efficient as possible. Barry was very informative and courteous. He answered all of my questions. Barry talked me through all of the features of the car and helped me set-up my phone through the Bluetooth on the car so that my hands free was working before I left the lot. He was quick and efficient in working out the financial details including a discount using my Costco membership and had me driving home in my new car in no time at all. I would highly recommend Barry and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Kia!

Dick Hannah Kia was the second dealership I went to when looking for my new sorento. The customer service was amazing. Comparative to broadway Kia it was a dream come true. My sales associate Barry was very friendly and worked with me to get a deal that was fair for both parties. I didn't have any lies from him only straight forward answers. Their we're no sales gimmicks played on me. I didn't feel pressured or trapped like I did at other dealers. It felt like I was doing business with family. I will go back to dick Hanna and to Barry for my future purchases. Thanks Barry for all your hard work and your great sales approach.

I want you to know that "Berry Tuttle" was very attentive to what I needed and wanted in my new KIA.
He had the answers for my questions about the amount of mph, the AWD and how to use all the options on my dashboard. He was able to set me up on "SiriusXM" radio as well as the Bluetooth useage within the KIA.
I asked about the "rain gaurds" for keeping out the rain when openning the windows. Berry went right away to finds out if your dealership carried them. He was told at this time, they are not available.

I have used the car for transporting handicap walkers, table and chairs, groceries etc. without many problems. I love the capabilities to put down the rear seats for using for extra storage and moveabllity.

In the future, I am interested in getting the rainguard visors, trailer hitch and seatcovers for more protection of the great seats.

The only thing the KIA Sportage isn't giving me is a little better gas mileage. In town, I am getting 21 mpg. I was kinda hoping for more.

Barry was great. I would send all my friends and family his way in a heartbeat. He was so charming and very funny, not pushy like most of the sales people I have had the displeasure of meeting. It was very refreashing to know that there are some salesmen like Barry out there. The dealership as a whole was wonderful, so friendly and inviting! I am in love with my Kia Sportage and so is everyone else I show it to! Thank you Dick Hannah Kia and most pf all Thank you Barry!

What a treasure Barry is! He was very thorough and explained everything very clearly about my new vehicle and worked very hard to get my payment lower than what I was paying on my trade in. I hope that whoever reads this review at Dick Hannah has the power to give this guy a raise - he really deserves it big time! :)

This was the nicest car purchasing experience I have ever had! I rate Barry Tuttle a 100 on a scale of 100. He is in A plus professional to work with.
From the time I first stepped on the lot until a week later when I was ready to make the deal Barry was great. He showed me everything I wanted to see and test drove a bunch of different car types and styles for me.

If all car sales people were as nice, polite and professional as Barry and the crew at Hannah Kia in Vancouver all of them would have A+ BBB ratings.

Barry was polite, opened doors for me, bought me cookies when I wanted a snack. Filled my new car up so I left with a full tank of gas. When I had to wait on others for things he would apologize for the delay and thank me for waiting patiently.
When I needed to mull things over Barry backed off and gave me space while letting me know he was available to help me out without being intrusive.

If you need a car in the Portland/ Vancouver Area go see Barry Tuttle at the Hannah Kia Dealership. If Hannah has it he will show it to you and treat you like royalty. No wonder Barry's card says he's a Star Performer.

Thanks also to the number chrunching finance crew. They got my car financed for me at half the interest rate I expected.

I've bought a few cars over the years and many times its been like pulling teeth. We had so much fun. I was treated so well at the end of the deal I bought the gang pizza and rootbeer to honor their extrodinay service.

My hats off to you all at Hannah Kia in Vancouver, WA.

Last time I bought a car, it was an ordeal. That was almost 11 years ago.
Thankfully, Barry made this process painless. I will be moving to Vancouver soon and wanted a good reliable, low mileage car that could pass the Vancouver emissions testing requirements. For me, personally, I like cars that have some unique aspects of design- you can find those in the shopping mall parking lots! I did some research- the KIA Soul Plus really stood out for me; and the hamster dancing commercials are too cute! I loved the look of this car but Barry showed me that it was so much more. I went from full manual to all the bells and whistles at a price I could afford, great interest rate and all in under 3 hours including test drive. No hassles, all courtesy and lots of really knowledgable sales staff. Color me Happy!
