I noticed my driver door handle was broken when I got my car back from an oil change and all Steve Lowell and another techs response was, is that it must have broke on the way to the dealership. Which is no car back from an oil change and all Steve Lowell and another techs response was, is that it must have broke on the way to the dealership. Which is not the case since it was working fine when I left it with them. Highly recommend not to come here, which is unfortunate because I’ve been coming here for years since I got my first and only car which is a Camry. Toyota needs to do better on who they hire because I thought they would treat loyal customers better. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for service More

Had no problems with dealership until my 2019. Tundra sunroof exploded outward. No one seem to have any knowledge about this problem and when I spoke to the service manager. He claimed he knew not Tundra sunroof exploded outward. No one seem to have any knowledge about this problem and when I spoke to the service manager. He claimed he knew nothing about this problem. I told him there is an article ( from toyota nation ) and his response was I don’t have to read anything except what toyota sends him . So much for safety and there are many articles on the internet . Very disappointed. You need to either keep denying the problem or educate your staff. More
