My Review of Suburban Chevrolet:
i recently purchased a 2006 toyota tundra from this dealership. everyone that i dealt with was awesome. they were friendly,knowlegeable and did everything they could to make me happy.i usaully dread purchasing a vehicle. but this dealership has changed my mind.i live over 4 hours away. so the drive was considerable.they said they would give me a great deal. Aned they did!!! they kept all their promises. i am more than satified.when i need another vehicle, i will make that drive again. these days it is hard to find honest and reliable people.I highly reccommend Suburban Chevrolet of Stuart.

My Review of Suburban Chevrolet:
My experience buying a used car at Suburban Chevrolet was seamless and outstanding. I walked in there one hour before closing time on a Saturday evening, and drove out of there less than two hours later in my new "used" car, including all of the loan/trade paperwork being completed. Ben and Patrick were very laid back, honest and straight-forward. Price I negotiated for my car was significantly less than what that car lists for and can be found for anywhere else. They even had somebody fix some minor tears in the leather front seats at no additional cost to me and not as a condition of the deal. I can't even see where the seats were torn now! One thing that impressed me was their attitude not to sell any used cars that have mechanical flaws, leaks, etc. The car I traded apparently needed a few things done to it. They easily could have band-aided it and put it out on the lot but did not and instead decided to send it to auction rather than invest the money in it required to fix it, since doing that would have rsulted in them not making a significant profit on the car. That is definitely unusual based on my experience. Overall, a very satisfying deal...I would buy there again. I ended up with a beautiful car (same model as one I traded but better equipped and a year newer), and financed it with only a 24 month loan to boot at same payments I was making before!

My Review of Suburban Chevrolet:
I found a GMC Yukon on the internet and submitted request for info. Sales Associate Steve Blakly was in touch with me within minutes. I had a very busy and time constrained work schedule. Steve and his staff were extremely accomodating in helping through timing issues.

I am quite happy with my experience at Suburban Chevrolet and would reccomend a visit to Steve Blakly to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My Review of Suburban Chevrolet:
I have bought close to 9 vehicles so far in my lifetime (not a lot - but I'm in now way a newb) - I also worked in the Finance & Ins Dept of a dealership for a year or so - back in the 90's... so again - I'm setting the stage - that I'm NOT a "newb"...

So my "humble opinion" is one that has credence and should be taken seriously... and here is my advice:

You are an idiot if you shop anywhere else.

(sorta kidding)

The service department was fixing a friend of mine's car - and I happen to come across a car on the used car lot while I waited - the salesperson was absolutely the easiest going/laid back, and down-to-earth guy. Scott deserves the "likeability" award for the month.

Even if the numbers had NOT worked out that day - I think I would have continued to shop on their lot. Great bunch of people.

My Review of Suburban Chevrolet:
Jack Hine was very professional and courteous to us for the entire time we were there. The dealership was quite busy when I went to test drive a car to buy and though the whole buying process took a bit longer than I would normally have liked, all of the employees were working as quickly as possible to satisfy all of their customers and Mr. Hine was especially friendly and helpful, even with my 3 yr. old daughter who was with me at the time. He offered snacks and drinks to us while we waited and personally took my new vehicle down to get some gas in it while I was with the finance manager, because it was actually on empty when we did the test drive.
I was informed that the manager, Ben, was pulling in lots of favors trying to get me a loan because my credit was a little shaky so I appreciated him going the extra mile.
And Sal Marciante, the finance manager, got us through the whole signing process in less than 10 minutes.
The whole experience was very comfortable, I did not feel any high pressure for a sale and they seemed to go the extra mile to put me in a car I could be comfortable in.

John Hobson was the best sales representative I have EVER dealt with in buying an automobile (and I have bought many). He was truthful, respectful and attentive. He answered all of my silly questions with gentle patience. The whole transaction was effortless. He made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. Because of John, and Ben Pridemore, who facilitated the financial transaction, I have a new outlook on auto dealerships. I recommend this dealer to anyone. I drove three counties to get there and was not disappointed.

My Review of Suburban Chevrolet:
Suburban Chevrolet is not the stereotypical used car lot and salesman. Brahim, the salesman that took my initial call, called me back in 5 mininutes with satisfactory answers to my questions. After a test drive with Brahim and our initial negotiation I wanted to take time to think about the deal. I was able to take the car I was interested in to run an errand. After I accepted the manager's counter-offer that Brahim brought to me I was given the written offer form which had printed with all other terms the dealer prep and profit of $596. That was not the deal we had made. The manager discussed the charge that to me was a deal breaker. The manager and I settled on lowering other charges. I am happy with the product and service. I recommend Brahim and Ben as straight forward salesmen that gave me more satisfaction that I had expected.

When the other dealers couldn't and wouldn't work with us on the deal due to our trade in John took his time and worked with us and we got the truck we wanted and a great price and we got out of our trade.

John showed us many vehicles and test drove us in a few till we found one we liked. Being a girl I find it very uncomfortable going to dealerships but John was super nice and very friendly and made the deal happen. Thanks John Hobson and Ben Pridemore for making this deal happen.

My Review of Suburban Chevrolet:
I had a Pontiac G6 and I was looking for something with a bit more gas mileage that was sporty as well. I purchased a Malibu LT from Suburban and couldn't be happier.

Ben Pridemore and Brahim worked together to come up with the best price not only for the vehicle but for my trade as well. Suburban was one of the first dealerships that I have dealt with who didn't try to screw the customer when the opportunity arose.

I have also used the service department for a couple of minor warranty issues as well as oil changes and tire rotations. Don Hamilton and Steve Eckstein do a great job in writing up my vehicle quickly plus they make sure I have alternate transportation. Danny Kukan (service manager) is actually visible and always there to help the customer.

My Review of Suburban Chevrolet:
I had a 2009 Pontiac G5 and traded it for a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt LT. What a fantastic deal I got at Suburban. I still have one year of college left and have really racked up the mileage on my G5 going back and forth to school. The Cobalt is a great car, good gas mileage and fun to drive. I wanted another model but Paul and Ben (the managers at Suburban) sat down with my dad and I and explained the pros and cons about the 2 models I was looking at. This was really helpful to us. Paul also got us more money in a rebate because we used GMAC financing versus our credit union.

All in all, a great deal. Thanks Paul and Ben.
