Benito Martinez at Dick's Mackenzie Ford

These guys customer service is amazing. My edge was suddenly having transmission issues and i immediately took it into the shop. They thought it would be a 1 day fix but when it was going to be longer they drove a car out to my house for me because it was going to be very difficult for me to come in and get it with my 3 month old. Much appreciated

I just want to sayBbenito Martinez is just about the best service writer you have, when I had trouble with my car he went above and beyond even staying late for me to arrive at the dealership and offering me a loaner car to use, he is the best! HONEST!!!!
And also Allen Honc in Service, he worked on my car what a wonderful man, and the best the dealership washed and vaccumed my car for me what a wonderful surprise whenIi picked up my car..Thank you so much I love this dealership1 I have recommened Benito to my friends and family along with Allen, they are 2 great workers!
Overall my experince is and has been great with this dealership!

Benito is friendly and easy to work with. He has a great sense of humor and is always helpful. He makes the extra effort to to make sure I am satisfied with the work on my car.

Got a small scratch on my car and was unsure how to get it resolved so I decided to stop by the dealership on my way home. Within moments of walking into Mackenzie Ford I was greeted by Lee Ann and Benito. They explained my options and then proceeded to take care of my car. Mackenzie Ford consistently goes above and beyond in customer service. I have never had a bad experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used car or for maintenance on their existing Ford.

I had an emergency this afternoon. My car broke down and needed a battery replaced. Benito and Louis handled this in an outstanding manner,reacted very quickly, professional, very friendly, and solved the situation perfectly. Thank you very much!

Recently purchased used Ford with a couple issues. Took the truck to dealership in morning as I had to work by 1pm. Called at noon & was told truck was ready. Called Trisha to get ride back to dealership. Transportation was booked in another town. She said she wouldn't be able to get to my place until 1. Man was I panicked! Trisha listened to me with real concern and took the initiative to put it upon herself to come and get me even though she was supposed to be off at that time! She got me to the dealership and I got to work with 5 minutes to spare! Thank you,Trisha!
Benito called me later to let me know that the windshield I needed was being special ordered and would be available the next day. When I went to pick it up I noticed that the graphic was gone. I had been told that I would still have the graphic with the new one. I was angry. Very angry. I went to Benito and told him all about it. He was eager to make me happy again and with the help of the parts manager they found me an awesome graphic better than the original.
They took the blame for my unhappiness, never made me feel like a bad guy, and strived to make me happy.
Thanks to all for putting me back in my happy place with my new ride!!!!

Benito has consistantly gone out of his way to get my cars in the shop with out delay. I work for a rather large collision/body shop in a 10 miles radius of Dicks Mackenzie Ford, and there are 2 other ford dealers that are closer to my shop, but with out hesitation I always call Benito and send my customer cars his way. Thanks for taking care of my own cars and my customer cars for the last 12 years B.

I have been using the service dept. at MacKenzie for the last two vehicles I have had.....over 13 years total. I have always been very happy with the service dept. A few years ago, I brought my car in for an emergency repair before vacation and Benito was available to help me (me regular service person was on vacation). Since then, I will only work with him. He is awesome! Easy to work with, always cheerful, very honest and provides what he promises. I always feel like he treats me with respect and that my car is important to get fixed and back to me quickly.
Over the years I have also worked alot with Roger MacKenzie, who once again treats me like gold just like Benito does. Roger has helped me alot over the years with many car crisis's that I have had. Always gets me the best service and price he possibly can. I feel like a valued customer and will continue to use your service dept. for a very long time as long a you have Benito and Roger and conitinue to hire people with there qualities. I brag about you guys and hightly recommend you to anyone looking for a place to buy or repair a car. Keep up the good work guys!
