Compared to previous car-buying experiences, this experience was very straight-forward and easy. Bernie agreed to see me event though it was after closing time. A very good car-buying experience.

Very knowledgable and friendly team. They are very busy and other team menbers were willing to step in and help out when Bernie was busy with other customers. They are so busy they forgot to fill up my tank with gas.... guess i should have asked and not take it for granted..

Bernie went above and beyond to give us the best deal. Treated my wife and I like we've known him for years, not like just another person of the street. We would recommend Bernie and the staff at Englewood Volvo.

We just purchased our 2nd Volvo from Englewood Volvo. The dealership is fantastic - from the sales people to the service department. Bernie was a fantastic salesperson - we would definitely buy from him again. And Claus is terrific in the service department. We always know our Volvo is in good hands.

Just got my new 2013 XC90 from Englewood Volvo and my sales person was Mr. Bernie Valentinetti. Mr. Valentinetti is one exceptional salesperson and a great asset to this dealership. He not only provided me with a plethora of information so I could make a decision that best fits my needs, but he made the whole sales proces from paperwork to delivery seamless. I am definitely recommending Englewood Volvo as a store and Bernie Valentinetti as a sales person - great place to get a car, with great people working there.

Bernie really worked hard to find us exactly what we needed. I initially called about a month ago, looking for a pre-owned certified XC 60. At the time they didn't have precisely what we needed. I was delighted to open my email and find an inquiry from Bernie asking if we were still looking for an XC 60, and indeed we were. He had a model that was almost perfect but not quite. We were actually close to buying elsewhere at which point Bernie swung into action, finding us a preowned vehicle that hadn't even come into the showroom yet!! It had all of our specs, including back up camera, navi, climate package and BLIS all with low mileage and the color of our preference. He was super-efficient at getting the deal together, low pressure, always available by phone and email. And on the day we went to pick up the vehicle, he came to the dealership extra early to accommodate my husband's schedule.
Thanks for all your help! We LOVE our new (preowned) car.

I was looking for a quality car at a reasonable price and found it here. In addition, I was put in touch with Bernie in Sales who was wonderful to work with. Friendly, nice and accommodating he was easyto work with. He always answered his cellphone and was very responsive to questions and needs. He was not a pushy salesperson in any way shape or form. He always listened to what our needs were. I also met & spoke with Rich in the Parts Dept (dont know his last name)who handled an order request and was very helpful in accommodating the after hours pickup time for my new plates & trunk liner. All in all....a great dealership to work with :)
