My career has been primarily in the Financial sector when I came to the automobile industry, it was a big leap. I have to say it has been great. I really take great pride in delivering the best customer service and building relationships with my customers. I love to help my customers navigate their way through the decision making process and listening to their needs. BILL WENT OUY OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME FIND THE JEEP I WAS LOOKING FOR. AFTER A COUPLE OF LET DOWNS FROM OTHER DEALERS ( NO SWAP ) I TOLD BILL TO JUST ORDER MY NEW JEEP . HE DOUBLE CHECKED AND DID EVERYTHING AND IT ONLY TOOK 5 WEEKS TO GET EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. HIS COMMITTMENT WAS GREAT WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS AND I HAVE STARTED TO RECOMMEND HIM AND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY FRIENDS. BEFORE I CAME TO BALD HILL I CHECKED WITH OTHER JEEP DEALERS IN THE AREA , BUT I FOUND THAT I EATHER DIDN,T NEED OR WHAT THEY WERE PUSHING WOULD BE BETTER FOR ME. We just bought a 2012 Town and Country mini-van. Bill Bent was incredibly nice and helpful and was truly concerned that we get the model of vehicle that was right for our family and price range. They didn't have the vehicle with the option package we wanted at the dealership but within three days got the vehicle from another dealership. I am very pleased with both the Town and Country and the buying experience I had there. I would certainly recommend Bald Hill to family and friends.

Recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bald Hill Dodge. Bill Bent was the sales associate and he was very nice, laid back and helpful to deal with. He was curtious and very knowledgable salesman and new the vehicle inside and out. He gave me a good trade in value for my vehicle and made my buying experience a most pleasurable and pleasant one.I would highly recommend Bill to any one of my friends or relatives. I was going to finance the vehicle myself thru my credit union but Bill told me that they could most likely beat it. I was skeptical on that but sure enough Steve Rodrigues in financing was able to get e better rate. I am a happy customer and again recommend Bald Hill Dodge.

WOW!
Imagine a pleasant car buying experience. The salesperson, Bill Bent made this one for me. He gave me their price, honored it and didn't play the games some dealers do.
Bill was laid back, knew the car's features and the benefits and told it like it was without ever trying to persuade me. The entire meeting was conversational and I left feeling as if I had been sold by a friend.
The car , a Charger RT Plus, was untouchable for the price within a 100 mile radius of my home.

Steve Rodrigues was also a gentleman to deal with during the add-on warranty and finance closing. Again, no pressure, just explained his offers and accepted my answers.

I would recommend Bill and this dealership to everyone.

hands down, great experience! Bill Bent was an awesome sales associate, and gave me a price that no one else could beat (Elmwood Dodge even said price was impossible, best they could do was 2k more. even if you find a great price elsewhere, i recommend a stop to Bald Hill. it may take a little of your time but if you have the outcome i did, you wont regret it. THANKS BILL!

Bill was easy on the sales pitch. I started looking for new car few months before ready to buy. Just test driving vehicles. He never had the hard sales pitch. Didn't fill up my email or voice mail. When I was ready to buy, went back because it felt like the right place (not even the closest dealer), gave me a fair deal, made the process easy. Never pushy.

My Review of Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
The dealership had a good selection of the vehicles we were interested in. The saleperson we dealt with, Bill Bent, was very knowledgable about the vehicles. He was pleasant to work with, and spent
a good deal of time answering our questions and explaining the vehicle's features.

He did extra work to try to find the particular combination of features and the color we wanted.
When we picked up the car, there was a small chip of paint damage. Bill brought the car himself
to the body shop to have it taken care of.

We were very pleased with our experience with Bill and with the Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep
dealership.
