My Review Of Jeff Wyler Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Lawrenceburg:

Terrific experience, arrived in the rain to be met with a smile and entheusiasm to show me trucks outside "in the rain". Courteous knowledgeable sales, low to 'no' pressure sales, just good solid advice and expertise. Bill even made me look good in front of my wife at the closing, which is a great way to enter into a transaction.

Bill even came in on his day off since this was when picking the car up worked for us.

How could it get any better?

My experience was educating and actually fun!Bill was very helpfull and did push or make me feel preasured.The dealership made me feel like I was a part of the staff.They invited me to lunch and explained in detail my options.He showed me numerous options new and used cars in Lawrenceburg and other dealerships and the best thing no preasure and the decision was only mine to make.I feel I got a great deal and I am more than happy with my brand new Dodge Challenger.I recomend them and I will be back!Thanks again for the Hospitality.

customer service was fast, friendly and to the point, no hassles, they went and retrieved the vehicle we desired immediately. No unexpected fees in the transaction and did not have to haggle to get the price i expected. bill made sure everything was ready to go even through it was 3 hours past closing time.
