The best car buying experience I've had I came in looking to order a 2018 JLU Rubicon and I was expecting the stereotypical dealership treatment of someone trying to convince nme to buy I came in looking to order a 2018 JLU Rubicon and I was expecting the stereotypical dealership treatment of someone trying to convince nme to buy rather than order, but I was completely wrong. The salesman I was working with "Todd Oswald" was there every step of the ordering process. For every question I had, he had an answer to it. I was never pressured into a vehicle and felt like I actually mattered as a customer and not just a sales number. I don't have enough good things to say about the salesman I worked with. Bill Dann was the manager that asisted with my order process and he was extremely helpful and professional. This was the best, and most pain free car buying experience that I have ever had. 100% recommend buying a car from this dealership. More

Great experience Gary was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He worked hard to find me the vehicle I wanted and was quick to respond to my questions via text. In fact, after buying the vehicle, I called him (not knowing he was done for the day) and he answered. Not only was I shocked that he answered, he was even willing to drive to my house to show me the answer to my question. I would also like to thank Bill Dann in management. Bill is a complete gentleman and did all he could to give me the best price. He was very transparent and honest. Not something I’ve experienced before when buying a car. More

Good new purchase dealership experience Gary understood what vehicle I wanted to purchase and made no attempt to steer me away from what I was looking for. There were many attempts to get m Gary understood what vehicle I wanted to purchase and made no attempt to steer me away from what I was looking for. There were many attempts to get me to put a deposit down to "hold" the vehicle before I had finalized price negotiations, but I was in no rush to make the purchase, and understood someone else could purchase it over the days I was negotiating to make a decision. Gary offered to do a "locate" to get a similar vehicle from another dealer, if this vehicle got sold or was not exactly what I was looking for. Although this was a kind offer, it was not something I was comfortable with doing since it required a deposit.. Every visit where price negotiations resumed, we were able to start off where we left off, which was very pleasant - I have had other dealerships conveniently "lose" the negotiation paperwork and try to start over from the beginning. Although scotchguard and extended warranty options were recommended and discussed when filling out the sales agreement, I was able to refuse these add-ons without being pressured. All of the staff I talked with to make the purchase were friendly and appeared to conduct honest and ethical business conduct. I would recommend this dealer to anyone considering a dodge / ram / jeep and would choose to do business with Gary again in the future. More
