Overall I'm pleased. I'm glad they put this car on Craigs List because I was not ready to go shopping in person.

Bill was helpful and encouraged me. I probably really was not ready to make this decision but they all reassured me and helped me get comfortable with it.

My trade in had 190,000 miles. I really needed to get a new car. This one is going to be a lot of fun.

Bill was professional and a good salesman. Maaaaak made the financing fun. Dave should have given me more money on my trade-in but, as already mentioned, this car had some miles.

Thanks guys. Yes, I would recommend your business to friends.

My Review of Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie:
We went to this dealer to just look and get some ideas as to what kind of certified used car we wanted to purchase. We met Bill Dolch early on and he graciously listened to our various likes and dislikes and then proceded to show us a number of vehicles, all of which fit the parameters we had established. When he noted that we were not "turned on" by what we had seen he took us to the Brown's Honda lot where we noted a Honda Insight that struck our fancy. After test driving the vehicle we went back to Bill's office, not to buy but to give him some additional information. We ended up negotiating a reasonable price, not at all due to any pressure by Bill, and ended up buying the car and taking it home that day. A few discrepancies were noted after getting the car home but it only took one call and a brief visit to have all of these taken care of. Bill Dolch and the other personnel we dealt with were always professional, friendly and accommodating. I would have no problem recommending them to others or to use their services again.

Working with Bill Dolch was alot of fun. My dad was looking for a car or SUV but was unsure of what he wanted. He had talked to Bill a couple of weeks before and Bill showed him lots of vehicles. Friday, Bill was home and made a special trip in because my dad requested him. Not many salesmen would do this. Bill showed my dad a
2010 Honda Accord. My father test drove and decided this was the car for him. Bill worked with us to get us a fair price. He kept us enertained with his happy-go-lucky personality, and made buying a car, which I usually tread, alot of fun.

I am very pleased with my new car and the deal I was given. The customer service was excellent. Bill Dolch was my sales representative. He was extremely helpful, informative, patient, friendly and attentive to my concerns and questions. I was very impressed with his honestly and sincerity. In addition, Ed Pearson, the finance manager, was very helpful, patient, honest, and made the final stage of purchasing the car less stressful. Overall, I would rate my experience exceptional and would highly recommend Brown’s Toyota and Bill Dolch to anyone looking for a dependable car.

I am happy with the deal I got. The customer service was good. Unlike most dealerships I have been to, I did not feel pressured here. That made the overall experience much better. I would definetely recommend this dealer as well as the sales rep I worked with, Bill Dolch.
The finance rep (Shawn) was awesome. I beleive everything was handled well. After I left I forgot my wallet, phone and keys. Dustin (the sales rep) found them and kept them in a safe place nitl I returned to pick them up. I felt like that was a sign of honesty and integrity.

Sales person was very friendly and answer questions with knowledge of what he was selling. He was very patient and didn't rust me. He had all the imformation that was needed to sell that vehicle I end up getting and any other vehicle that was on the lot. I was completely satisfied with him and the dealership.

I was looking for a quality used car within a limited price amount. Bill Dolch was able to work with me to not only find the quality used car that met my needs, but well within my price range that I provided to him. As a result of his efforts I was able to get a much needed vehicle below my initial price I was willing to pay. In addition, Bill Dolch went out of his way to work with me in getting my vehicle at the exact price I was looking for without ever attempting to persuade me to purchase something above my price range. Hello, my name is Amanda Roach. I recently purchased a VW Jetta from Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie. I live outside of Lynchburg, Va. Before driving to Maryland, I talked to Bill and even on the phone, he was very helpful. He was very understanding and patient with me and my father. ( It took us 6 1/2hrs to get there. Once we arrived Bill was waiting on us, he was very knowledgable of the car. He was also very helpful in the fiancing. Not only was Bill a good salesperson, but he wanted to make sure I would be happy in purchasing the car. I would say I had a very pleasent time dealing with Bill.
