All of the employees (Sales Personel) were friendly, helpful, and genuine, what more can you ask for, all the way to the Finance Lady, and the Service Department. Everyone I had the opportunity to deal with at the dealership was extremely helpful and polite. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and had certain criteria which were important to me (manual transmission, dark exterior, dark interior). Other local dealerships were having a hard time finding a car that met my specifications. Bill was able to quickly locate a vehicle that was exactly what I asked for, with a much lower price than offered at other dealerships. I financed a portion of the vehicle, and Bill was extremely helpful working with me to make the experience as expedient and simple as possible. After looking and working with other dealerships I was impressed with Bill's efficiency and responsiveness. This was my first new car, and Bill helped make the buying process an enjoyable experience. I would recommend Glenn Auto Mall and Bill Graul to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I found the vehicle I was looking for on Glenn Hyundai's web site, and Bill helped me set a value on my trade-in and get a fair price on my new Veloster Turbo. I drove from Cincinnati the next day, and everyone I worked with was very friendly and professional. They made this experience as simple as possible for me, and I have a new car that I absolutely love.

I brought my SUV in for service (windshield wipers weren't working). I waited while the work was being completed. Cory knew that I was in a hurry, so he had two people work on my car to get is done faster. He's very personable and great to work with. Great experience overall! I go to Glenn Hyundai Service for all of my vehicle maintenance.

Donovan was great to work with. Willing to go above and beyond to get information for me and take care of incidentals that other salespeople may not bother with. I was impressed with how he remembered and followed up on all the little details I mentioned. He got me the price I was after, very low pressure and overall enjoyable experience!!!
