My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
Best experience I've ever had buying a car. This followed a visit to other BMW dealers that preferred to use the salesman as a gate,experience during the sales process. At Bridgeport, you speak to everyone the person who appraises your trade, the manager, the owner if you want. We were so impressed - we went in for a used car and came out with both a used car and a brand new one! Ernie was awesome - even called within days to make sure everything was fine - which of course it was!

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
Picking out my new car at BMW of Bridgeport was made to be an extra-special day for me. I had been looking for "just the right vehicle" for over a year now. This was my first visit to this Dealership, and I had gone there on the suggestion of other Colleagues and Friends; now I can see why. The Staff at BMW of Bridgeport are wonderful, caring people with whom I was very fortunate to have had the pleasure of meeting.

On the day of my first visit, I spent at least 5 hours there; and every single minute these people were taking very good care of me---from explaining every, single detail and feature about the car down to the financing and how we could get me into this vehicle. This was a Saturday, and the place was absolutely packed with potential Clients ! Yet, I was still made to feel very important in that the attention was being given to me and a lot of time was definitely being spent with me; even though I may or may not have purchased a vehicle from them at the end of the day.

The real selling point for me, on this Dealership, is the Family of people who work there and the pride they show in their Dealership, in what they do and how they care for their Clients !

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
I worked mainly with John on my M6 Convertible. It was a very good experience. I had no issues or problems with the transaction. They were reasonable on the pricing. I did a bit of price negoatiating and they were fair with the process; not at all advesarial or tough. I felt treated very fairly and got what I consider to be a great deal.

There we a few items I wanted done before delivery and these were handled exactly as they said; no hassels. Communication was excellent. John took some vacation during the sales process, but he still answered his e-mails and voice mails promptly. They always got back within 1 business day, or less. Jeff of the Finance Dept was prompt and informative as well.

They shipped the car out to Dallas and this too went well.

A friendly, professional dealer and I would use this dealer again and had absolutley no problems, or issues. They made buying a BMW very easy and pleasant, which is not always the case with BMW dealers around the country.

My Review of BMW of Bridgeport:
I just purchased my 3rd car from BMW of Bridgeport and again had the most outstanding experience! Car salesmen get a bad reputation but David Baylis could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was a dream to work with and made the whole buying experience incredibly pleasant. Not only is he amazingly knowledgeable about the cars but excellent at helping you figure out what the right car is for you without ever being pushy. I have never worked with a car salesman like him before! The whole process could not have been easier and BMW of Bridgeport is the best BMW dealership I have ever been to. The layout is great, the staff is friendly and they have a great collection of cars. It is so nice to walk away knowing that you got the best service, the best salesperson at the right price...no buyer's remorse here!!
