Bill Grunert at Wilde Toyota Scion

My sister and brother- in- law purchased a new Avalon from Bill last year and had a great experience. When she heard that I was looking for a new Avalon she highly recommended Bill. We made an appointment and within moments after meeting him he put us at ease and he had all the answers for the many questions we had.
We did end up buying a new Avalon ( It does help that Bill has such a great product to sell ) and if it gives us the same trouble free service as the Avalon we traded in we’ll be very happy.
Would highly recommend that you look up Bill Grunert and the great facility of Wilde Toyota if you are looking for a new car!

Our purchase was largely determined by the efforts and interaction that we had with the sales person William "Bill" Grunert. He was able to answer every question and if he didn't know he did some checking and got right back to us. He was professional and courteous without a lot of the typical sales person banter. He made the experience of buy a new car smooth and efficient.

Bill Grunert was recommended to us by a previous customer who had purchased a new Toyota several weeks before. His experiences were very positive and he recommended that we work with Mr. Grunert. We, similarly found Bill to be courteous, friendly and knowledgeable--as well as patient in answering our many questions. My wife and I agree that we were very pleased with his service and will recommend him to our friends.

Anthony Smith was informative about the various services available, but very formal. He did respond to a number of our questions (purpose of glass etching) and challenges ($100 charge for an oil change on a Hybrid?) and we were able to develop an acceptable service agreement with which we are very pleased.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Grunert at Wilde Toyota. The experience was great overall. Bill's a down-to-earth person who doesn't treat you like a traditional salesperson. He's also very knowledgable in the Toyota productline. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to walk away with a new car but that primarily had to do with me not understanding what the real value of my trade-in was. This coupled with my fixed cash budget resulted in a friendly thank you to Bill and Wilde for this year...no pressure whatsoever. I'll be back talking with Bill in a year or so after I've added a little more to my new car fund.

I purchased a car today and was happy with the help and service provided by Bill Grunert at Wilde Toyota. He was professional, helpful, and eager to help find the right car for my family. I have worked with people all of my life and know how to treat people, and know how I want to be treated. My experience thus far by Bill and the rest of the staff at Wilde is positive. I am hopeful that this will be the experience in the future. By the way, this is my first purchase of a vehicle at Wilde Toyota.

After test drive with Bill I confirmed my thoughts that a New Prius would
become my second vehicle. Bill's knowledge of vehicle along with a very good
proposal prompted me to purchase same night. Thanks for making purchase

My first contact with Wilde Toyota to purchase a new 4 Runner was via the internet with Sue Morgan. Sue Morgan provided me all the information I needed on what vehicles were in stock matching my specifications. She also provided me quotes on the vehicles I was interested in. We also had several phone conversations on what I expected when I came into the dealership. My sales person was Bill Grunert who was very personable and had a good sense of humor. They both made my purchasing of a new vehicle enjoyable.

Bill was very helpful. He answered my questions. When my new car was available, he went through things that I should know. He also helped with the Bluetooth pairing of my phone; and explained about Bluetooth.
